The store provided excellent service. I delayed the service more than 10 times. I frustrated them but they accommodated me. The recliners are quality. The furniture choices at the facility is elaborate. I will purchase from them all the time.

Ms. Mercedes was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and full of joy. Ms. Mercedes spent hours assisting my husband and I with choosing furniture for our new home. Ms. Mercedes was very patient with us. She gave us the space to shop and make decisions and followed back up with us. She provided valuable input into our furniture selections. This was my first time in this American Signature and didn’t know what to expect. Ace, my sales person made my experience worthwhile. Very, friendly and patient in explaining everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to make a decision immediately. The whole staff was nice. If you are in the market for new furniture, I would highly recommend them.

I was planning to purchase the Winston sofa, and the KOP location close. The only location open was in Delaware, where I met a pleasant lady name Mercedes. She was knowledgeable of the produce and helped me select a new color being that my first choice was discontinued. She ever locked in the sales price for me also. Mercedes provided quality customer service, answered all my questions, never rushed the process. She even stayed late on a Friday night for to finalize my purchase!
