We walked in feeling a bit hopeless due to phone problems Verizon customer service could not fix. This was after a combined seven hours on the phone with them.

We found Peter by chance. He was patient with us, professional, and really took the time to understand the issue while explaining and sharing helpful information. I'm not someone who gives 5 stars unless there is good reason, and he fixed my phone problem in a short amount of time.

In a country where customer service has totally fallen down the tubes, it was so refreshing to have Peter in the store when we felt hopeless.

Great store. Go in and give Peter your business! He is great.

I visited the Nixon dr store and delt with Troy Kubik. He was awesome! Answered all of my questions and modified my plan to include more coverage at less money . I also qualified for a new phone at $3.00 per mo for 36 mo. A New Iphone! Great experience Great guy!

Huge shout out to our sales person Tyler Van Meter. We are an older couple and Tyler was most patient and kind. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us several times until he was sure we understood. And he’s a terrific sales person as we went to Verizon to purchase 1 phone, and he talked us into buying 2 phones with screen protectors and a Apple Watch

Tyler Van Meter and Mark Fox understood the technical issues with my iPhone 13. Both worked together as good team members, discussed ongoing issue among themselves, and resolved it within reasonable time. Both Tyler and mark were courteous and respectful. [August 2023]

My experience was awesome here. This retailer has great customer service reps. One of the service reps, Gigi Hajra, did a great job of making me feel welcome in the store. She answered all of my questions, informed me about all the specs of the phone I wanted to buy (iPhone 8) and made sure I was well informed about all the pros and cons before making my decision. She also did a good job explaining my bill. She was absolutely amazing.

This was the best experience I've had since returning to Verizon! Deep Singh was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and expedient! He walked me through every step explaining every detail and answering every question. He took his time with me and was very friendly and easy to talk ato. I came back a few days later with a few more questions and he resolved my issues quickly! Which I really appreciated since I was on my lunch hour. Hopefully I can continue to rely on him.

Gigi was a phenomenal representative at this store. She helped me, super friendly, sweet and nice. She had great people skills and loved being assisted by her. I stopped in the Eastgate Verizon store in Mt. Laurel to inquire about a new charger and was met by an awesome sales person, named Deep Singh. He was fast, super efficient and told me about great deals that not only got me a new phone for free but saved me money on my monthly billed. He took the time to make sure I understood all the new features on the phone, transferred all my info and found other deals that I could use. He is very personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He stays on top of your account to make sure your service is what you need even after your transaction is completed. If you are in need of any Verizon service I highly recommend stopping in to see Deep. You won't be disappointed.

I just had a great experience at the Eastgate Mt Laurel Verizon store. I was able to get an awesome upgrade offer on a new Motorola Edge phone with a fair trade-in on my old phone. This phone has some great features and battery life. I was also able to take care of a few other items on my account and it was a breeze. All due to the knowledgeable associate I worked with. I just had the best customer experience I had in a Verizon store to date. I dropped my phone yesterday and got the black screen and needed a new phone. I couldn't get anything off of it . I called Verizon customer service and was going to go to the Verizon store in my area on Walnut Street and I dreaded it because the last two times I was there the customer service was terrible, My experience with Amy Holland at the Eastgate Shopping Center kept me with Verizon tonight. I have seriously considered moving back to Sprint. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services. She was very helpful and patient and worked with me trying to get my contacts transferred over. She didn't try to blow me off or rush me out the door. I will only do my phone business with her from now on. I will be recommending her to all my folks. We need more of that. Thank You again Amy!!! I really appreciated your professionalism and kindness.

Walked in mid day Friday looking for a new phone. Was immediately taken care of by Hameedullah. He had the items I wanted to purchase. Explained everything in detail. Set up my new phone. Placed the screen protector on and case. Asked me to return in about 30 minutes to complete installation. Returned and was immediately taken care of with final details. His service was excellent. My first time to this store. Everything was clean. Hand sanitizers were available. My safety was in good hands. Health concerns were taken seriously.
