Always neat & clean. Well stocked, with wonderful sales staff to assist you thru the store. On a side note... last time i shopped here, i left my phone behind... an expensive phone. I didnt realize my lapse for about an hour. I was frantic, and retraced my steps, praying someone hadn't found & kept it. To my surprise, when i called to ask if anyone had turned it in, the response was Yes!, we have it ! Ran back for it... it was safe & undisturbed. My offer of reward was kindly declined, which also surprised me, happily so. HONEST, HONORABLE people do exist, and Polo should be so proud that some of them work in their establishment. Thank You to a fine staff ❤ I'm now a customer for life!

This is a huge factory outlet location with a great variety of choices for men women and children, and Men’s big and tall. I suggest you sign up for their text coupons as they give great deals after 30% off normally.

Great Outlet store. Have found many bargains over the years here. My wife loves the gifts I buy her here. Just went shopping here the day after Black Friday and bought a fabulous $400 suit for $199.

Wonderful Wonderful customer service! The store was well stocked and very neat. They followed the co-VID-19 rules to a T very professional store. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Great place to shop! Very comfortable clothes, a lot to choose from. They even have a fitting room attendant who was extremely nice and made my experience even better. I will be coming back for more fabulous clothes!

Goodafternoon De./Rehoboth, Last week I and my wife had a nice shopping experience, we arrived at the store upon them opening and they were just about finishing up a staff meeting. We were greeted by every single staff member in passing on the way to the Mens Dept. Also a very seasoned older lady even stopped to greet and give us intel on what's what in the store. We proceeded and was met by to gentleman workinh in the big mens section, one guy(older fella) was fairly a new employee but extremely knowledgeable about his department... and the other fella(big guy) whose name started with an "A" were just about there business, tending to any questions or whatever we had a need of making the shopping experience excellent. I got what I needed and shook both there hands because it warranted that. Sometimes when you go in high-end stores like that it can be a (nevermind I'll shop on line experience) but not here. They were the epitome of professionalism etc.

God Bless the 2 gentleman, this store and staff and the families its supports.
