New Balance

Logan was outstanding!!! During July 4th week, we went looking for new shoes. He talked to us for a long time about what we were looking for. We were headed overseas for three weeks with the anticipation of walking 10+ miles/ day. My husband picked out shoes and loved them. He asked me about shoes and I told him I hate buying shoes because my feet are so wide I never find any that don't hurt my feet. He asked me what size I was and brought out a pair. Long story short, they were perfect and I bought TWO pair. Thank you Logan!!! You made our vacation amazing!!!

Nice store, great service. I bought 3 pairs of 990s, v5 and v6. Store manager honored my discount coupon even though I forgot to bring it with me. They also gladly returned items for me which I purchased online, saving me the time and aggravation of shipping them back.

This store is excellent! I was assisted by Kam, who spent a lot of time making sure that I had the correct shoe and correct fit. Kam even measured my foot (I haven't had that done since I was a kid!) to make sure the sizing made sense. I will definitely go back for my next pair of shoes!

Found it in Rehoboth Beach. Nice store and very helpful staff. She actually helped fit me correctly and put on the shoe for fit! What a pleasant surprise

The lady that helped me to find a new pair of tennis shoes was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. She knows feet and shoes and told me why the shoes felt different and addressed that issue and I ended up buying the shoes. Very good experience and I highly recommend the store and the lady that helped me. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't.

We had such a great and successful visit at the New Balance location in Rehoboth, DE. The sales associate, Logan, excelled above expectations with providing support, compassion and knowledge. Without hesitation, Logan helped us find a pair of shoes to accommodate our kiddo with leg braces. Kudos to the amazing staff at this location for their patience and commitment to providing excellent customer service!

The store is clean, nicely laid out, and easy to browse. The team is very knowledgeable of the products. We found Martin's expertise exceptionally helpful in improving our running footwear. Thank you!

It takes a lot to impress me. If you want to be impressed see MARTIN. He diagnosed my fiancés walking pattern in steps and then gave him options on shoes for his usual 10+ mile day. He was so patient, easygoing and attentive. 12/10 ⭐

I went to the New Balance store on Coastal Highway in Lewes to purchase a pair of shoes. I was greeted by salesperson Jordan who assisted me with properly sizing my feet and finding me a shoe that suited me. Jordan was a gentleman and professional. He helped me choose the pair of shoes that were right for me. New Balance has such an asset in Jordan. I encourage everyone who goes there to ask for him. He did a great job!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Walked into the adjoining shoe store (didn’t know they were connected) looking for a shoe for a heel pain issue, needed a shoe with support and I have a wide foot. Milton said he knew the exact shoe that would be helpful and told me to meet him in the New Balance store next door. He measured me, (haven’t had that done in years - definitely get that done if you go) got my shoes, fitted my shoes and they are perfect. Very patient, engaging, definitely knows his products and I will be bringing my hubby back. Also gave me some “suggestions” on exercises but prefaced everything to contact a Dr. or PT for treatment. Reasonable price point as well! Highly recommend Milton!

My husband and I went to New Balance this week. Was greeted by salesperson Kahi. Was very helpful. Both bought pairs of shoes.

Sales representative was amazingly helpful. Fitted both my wife and I perfectly. Told us of several other New Balance sites to get a pair of shoes this store couldn't get for me.

Associate was super helpful and got my kid fitted with a new pair of shoes!

Good shoe store. The service was excellent. The girl explained the orthotics machine to my 13 year old grand daughter and we both learned a great amount about our feet. Thank you.

Salesperson (Nikki) went above and beyond to make sure my new sneakers fit well and comfortably. I wear an AFO on one foot, so she tried a couple of different variations for the insoles in the other shoe to get the best fit. She was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced in working with individuals with special needs. Great experience thanks to Nikki!

Just visited with my mom and had an EXCELLENT service! From the moment we walked in Sandra(I think her name was, young dark hair) helped us pick the perfect shoe! My mom never buys new sneakers but she did today! Sandra helped us find the right style, size, and fit! She even helped her put them on and laced them up. Will definitely be shopping here again!!!!

My husband and I both got great sneakers for under $200. I've never had a really good pair. I was fitted and tried on many different styles. Very good experience
