The employee at the Print/Pack area of the store is amazing. He flawlessly handled a line of customers who were returning Amazon items, purchasing shipping and he manned the phones in an effortless manner. He was working solo and had to balqnce everything that came his way. He did so with a smile, pleasant attitude and didn’t make anyone feel rushed.

Went in here needed to make copies the gentleman that helped me walked me through everything that I needed to do showed me how to scan my phone and do a pdf file he was very nice I will be coming back here next time

Staples at Pelican Square is a fine establishment to make copies, fax, ship or make office supply purchases. Get your paper, planners, chairs, desks, computers and more.

Today I really appreciated the service I received from the guy name Jesus he was very nice and explain everything really well until I understood it. thank you for the good experience I will come back again!!!

Went in today for TSA Pre-Check processing. My appt was at 0800 which coincided with the store's opening. Staff was friendly, polite and super-helpful... offering some anecdotes based on personal experience with travel. Great experience!!

I'm giving a 5, 100% due to the employee, Peter who assisted me! Peter at the Rehoboth Beach location was a tremendous help. I needed a Google Pixel phone USB-C Cable and a USB-C Wall Charger. I did not know that information going into your store. All I knew was I needed a new cord and plug (as I called it). Peter walking by saw my bewildered expression. He kindly asked if I needed assistance. I happily accepted. Not only did Peter help me to find what I needed he took the time to explain why! He also showed me at the service counter how the cord and adapter properly worked for my mobile phone! Peter went above and beyond to assist me and I am very grateful for this employee in your Rehoboth location. When I shop in this store location and I see Peter I smile. Why? Because no matter what task he is busily doing, when he sees a customer in need (or bewildered as I was that day) he stops and asks if they need assistance. When they reply "yes" he graciously assists. He deserves accolades for his service to Staples Customers! I hope Staples Management realizes and appreciates the valuable employee they have in Peter.

I went in to staples this morning and needed flyers printed for my business and Marc assisted me. Let me just say his customer service was through the roof and his knowledge on product and services were just as amazing. Not only did he help me with my flyers but also informed me of other services staples offers as well. I will definitely be coming back for more business dealing with Marc.

My first visit to the Staples store in Lewes was Great! The manager showed me the exact spot for the item I was looking for and the cashier was wonderful. Ray is also new to the area and it was his first day on the job. He was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I called ahead. I needed replacement wheels for an office chair used on hardwood floors in our new home. They had what I needed on clearance ($19.99) and they held them at the customer service desk for me to pick up. For the price, can't go wrong... Time will tell...but for less than 20 bucks...I'm happy.

This location is always crazy busy, as I'm sure you can imagine. There are a lot of hats one must wear while working in the shipping department. However, not all can handle customer service in the manor Sean does. This man is always laughing, telling jokes and making the best of the situation. He even remembers his customers names, which is extremely impressive! 2020 has been quite chaotic in the world, but Sean never does anything but smile and make sure he exceeds customer experience. Thank you!

The store is always clean and the staff are reasonable. But today I went in on an emergency for a scan of a print for work, and Drew in the print dept exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Thank you so much Drew!

Went to Staples in Rehoboth De. Had the best experience, our sales associate Jeremy took time with us to explain our problems with our computer. Also helped us with purchasing a new one.
This is our second time there and was lucky to have him both times.

Bought a new computer from there, they didn't have it in stock. Guy said it'll be there within 3 to 5 days, it came the next day to my house, thank you.

IT was great ever one was VERY helpful and was happy to assist me and the check out girl Ashley was great she told me about thing's to look for on my computer and how to save money on my old ink pax s You really have a good staff and knowledge workers keep up the great job Diane Hickman.

Customer service in the UPS section is consistently efficient. Support staff is very helpful and congenial. Office or home DESK supplies are plentiful.

Overall great experience , they didn't have my item in stock however the cashier was helpful and ordered it online and it was cheaper. Assistant manager got us help right away, would shop there again
