This place is quaint and unassuming by the side of the road but don’t let the appearance fool you—the chocolates here are AMAZING. We discovered their famous chocolate dipped oyster crackers a decade ago through my grand aunt and I’ve been buying them as gifts since then. The chocolate is smooth creamy with a melt in your mouth velvety finish. They make all the chocolates in store which is why they close after Easter once the weather gets too hot. I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner Doug and his daughter are super friendly and the fact this magical chocolate store is on its fourth generation is pretty amazing. I always call before a big order just in case since they make everything in store. Definitely check it out—you’ll become a chocolate addict like me!

The chocolate is DELICIOUS! We got so many items and everything was perfect and such good quality. Service was excellent, patient as we requested lots of small orders of different candies. The chocolate is so smooth and a great flavor. The chocolate covered crackers are 10 out of 10!!! Perfect balance of everything. And the sea salt cashew caramels are a favorite as well, a great balance of all the flavors!! The sea salt caramels are amazing as well. The caramel quality is the best I've ever had. Will be going here to get our chocolate forever!

I was passing through the area. My wife likes chocolate, so I stopped in to see what a had. I was partially excited because it appeared to be a small, family owned business. They had a nice selection to choose from. The young woman behind the counter was pleasant, informative and patient. I nibbled on a few pieces while in the truck...fresh and delicious. They had some clocolate covered, hazelnut pieces, so my wife was really pleased when I got them home, as those are her favorite. Good quality, good customer service, highly recommended.

Damask’s is an iconic chocolate store. My family sold their boxed chocolates 60 years ago. Try the oyster crackers covered in milk or dark chocolate. Unique and delicious!!

Best Dark Chocolate Anything, always fresh & delicious with friendly service. Some good gift ideas too if you don't know what you want, I say "take one of everything"!

Home-made candy at its best. Priced a little on the high side, but worth it. It is currently open from now until Easter.

What a gem! I was passing by and decided to check it out. WOW, am I glad I did! They had all the chocolate! Dark chocolate peanut butter cream eggs and dark chocolate hazelnuts were two that I've never seen elsewhere. All fresh and delicious in a welcoming, friendly, family-run atmosphere. The aroma of chocolate in the shop is amazing, my mouth was watering the whole time I was in there. Truly, a chocolate lover's dream. If you're in the area during their season, don't miss this place!

Stopped by to Damask Candies on a whim with my mother! We both have a sweet tooth, so naturally we were a kid in a literal candy store! LOL Anyway, the candies were very reasonably priced and they had all of the Easter favorites out! Let’s just say our sweet teeth are happy now! Their milk chocolate is heavenly, & we even tried the popular chocolate covered Swedish Fish candies & are obsessed now! Will definitely be back for future purchases!

I received dark chocolate buttercreams from someone. They were excellent.

I discovered this little gem several years ago on a search for a memory of my childhood. I'm 60 now but fondly remember the Christmas' of my youth. Every Christmas my grandfather would prepare a huge round tray as big as the table filled with nuts, fruit, and candies. My favorite were the clear toy/barley pops. Just thinking of them takes me back in time. I haven't seen them since I was a child. I started searching for them online and would find someone who made them only to find out they didn't make them anymore. As I was passing by Damask a few days before Christmas, I decided to stop and check it out. What did I find as soon as I walked in but clear toy candy!! What a delightful surprise. I left with several bags of my favorite candy. Now it finally felt like Christmas ❤❤❤. In addition to delicious clear toy candy, I was given several samples of chocolates to sample by the very nice and friendly people that work there. ❤ I will see you soon. Happy holidays.

Definitely the best homemade candies. From the time you walk in to the shop, the smells are just so good, and what ever you choose to purchase, tastes even better. Reasonable prices and through the roof quality.

Best dark chocolate I have had since Youngs Candy in Fairmount closed. Being raised in Olney when it was a German neighborhood there were candy stores everywhere so I know good candy. Just sorry they are closed from Easter thru Oct. Such delicious varieties. THANK YOU AND WELL WORTH THE DRIVE FROM MEDIA PA.

This seasonal homemade candy is 3rd generation family owned. There are so many chocolates from which to choose! The workers are all friendly and will answer any questions about the candies, and the store is very clean and inviting. Prices are reasonable for homemade candy. I will return many times before they close in the spring.

Best chocolate and candy in South Jersey. Chocolate covered oyster crackers are delicious and addicting. Peanut brittle is one of my favorites. Everything is delicious!
