My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday and our dinner was nothing short of exceptional. I had called two hours priors to our reservation time to push back our dinner, the staff member who answered was incredibly helpful and made it a quick process.
Our waiter made the entire experience even more pleasant. Throughout the evening, Raphael's attentiveness never wavered as his friendly conversation and genuine interest made sure we had a great dining experience. As our meal concluded, Raphael surprised us with a complimentary dessert sampler and a free take-home entree.
Raphael's exceptional service truly made our evening special. His attentiveness, friendly nature, and the unexpected extras—both the dessert sampler and the take-home entree—elevated our dining experience to a whole new level. I highly recommend this location to everyone. The food is fantastic, but his incredible service is what makes us want to return again.

I took my mother here for Mother's Day dinner Saturday night. Everything was beyond wonderful. Our waitress, Victoria, was the sweetest servant. She catered to our every need. The Moscow Mule was cold to the last drop. We had fried zucchini as an appetizer. Then we had dinner. My Mom got the halibut, and I got lobster pasta. Huge servings. I'll have dinner for a week. The desserts we had were beyond description. We said we would only take one bite of each. We ended up eating the whole thing! When the bill came, I was scared to look at it. I nearly dropped to my knees because it was so affordable. I plan to take my mother and brother back to celebrate their birthdays. My mom is turning 90...I can't wait. 🎉🎂🎁

My wife and I made this our favorite go-to.
It's very classic. The food was really good. The portions are very satisfying. You have to try the Moca Mojito. I highly recommend this place for a great time. It's not really so pricey.

Our family had an incredible dining experience at Maggiona's in Hackensack. From the moment we walked in, the cozy ambiance set the stage for a memorable evening. The calamari was a standout starter – crispy, flavorful, and an instant hit with everyone at the table.

The chicken parmigiana was also a highlight, perfectly cooked and generously portioned. But what truly was the show stopper was the dessert platter, especially the pound cake – it was heavenly! And let's not forget their Sangria; it added a delightful touch to our meal.

The attentive service and warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. Maggiona's isn't just a restaurant; it's a place where flavors come alive! Whether it's a special occasion or a casual outing, this Italian spot in Hackensack is now our go-to for family style meals:

The food and service are aaaaalways so great!

There is plenty of parking in the area and everything in the restaurant just so clean, nice and on point!

We had a festive holiday get together with my hiking group at Maggiano's Little Italy in Hackensack, NJ. The people are super friendly, active and good-hearted. We shared in a wide range of appetizers, entrees and desserts in a family style setting. Aside from catching up, and making new friends, we also exchanged gifts, and celebrated a fellow hiker's birthday. Good times!

The food, atmosphere, and the service is always on point! We have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. Jeff, the manager is always so attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Our waitress, Cindy was also very attentive to our needs and overall give her 10 out of 10 on service! Thank you so much for taking care of us all these years. We definitely will see you again soon!

We experienced a Mother's Day feast at this fine restaurant.
Upon entering we were greeted with brilliant smiles.
Our table gave us a perfect view of the restaurant's hustle and bustle as well as the many families enjoying the holiday.

And then our Server, Derrick, arrived. A server has the ability to make or break your dining experience. Derrick handled our table with never-ending attention. His kindness, knowledge and professionalism did not go unnoticed. His attention to detail never faltered when the restaurant was filled to the brim. We continued to feel as though we were his ONLY table. He arranged a birthday sing along with his colleagues, surprising all of us, especially the birthday girl.

The food was a culinary extravaganza. The courses were served in a timely manner, never rushed nor delayed. Platters arrived piping hot and an abundance of food was consumed. Favorites were Zucchini, beef medallions, lasagna, ravioli and butter cake. Holiday drinks were enjoyed by all.

Very nice place. This has a true authentic Italian style. Very clean, organized, decorative, spacious and decent. Had a great meal. Did was cooked just right. Great deal on the 1 person package meal where you get a appetizer, entree and a dessert for only $32. The quantity is awesome, very fulfilling. They also have a package for 2, which comes out great too. You can choose 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and a dessert for two. The staff is very nice, they don't forget about you. They have great attitude and are friendly trying to offer you everything. I mean I walked out of the restaurant with 3 additional dishes. They have this thing where after you eat you can get a take home dish for only $5. Makes s great lunch. Food is priced right, especially for pasta dishes. However if you are eating meats of seafood, expect to pay a bit more but then again which restaurant doesn't do that. Their marineras sauces are great, true Italian delicacies. The deserts are good, I had the sample which of course gives me 5 different desserts. Great way to sample. Everything else is great. They have a bar area, TVs, banquets, where you can throw a party and parking. Can't complain. Enjoy.

We had top service from our AMAZING server Ms. Marianna whom we can’t wait to ask for again as soon as we can return! We both thoroughly enjoyed our superb & delicious dinner. She checked on us regularly, rendering “service with a beautiful smile” & tendered to every detail which really enhanced our wonderful date night out!!
Last, but certainly not least, have to mention the outstanding manager, Ms. Lidia Michelle Hernández, whom we observed not only checked on us but every table in the dining room which was so impressive! Let me start by thanking my server Nino and Shakil i believe the manager for allowing us to have a great time and great atmosphere. Nino was awesome he attended us so well and suggested us as a family to try the family combo, I haven’t enjoyed or stay in a restaurant for two hours confortable with my two young babies 2 and almost one and my daughter and beautiful wife and mother in law. From the bread to dessert the food was great! We definitely would be back. Definitely a family restaurant not like that garbage Houston restaurant in the same mall.

We did a family style Easter brunch and there was plenty to eat and plenty of leftovers to go! The staff was phenomenal, food was freshly prepared and delicious! Please be sure to make reservations ahead, as during holidays and special occasions, it maybe difficult to get seating on time without a reservation.

I must say frist time here coming from The Bronx New York and I was really Impress with everything, the food, customer service, the welcome mat Greeting by the host, the parking I can just go on but if I do ill be sitting in there again eating before I'm done. But just 5 stars all the way from The Bronx ill be back in April celebrating another Birthday, this one was my Mother's and we had a ball. We had a delicious dinner Fried Calamari, Shrimp Scampi & Cheese Ravioli. We were all stuffed. Our Server Raphael was outstanding. He was very warm & outgoing almost as if we had been invited to his home for dinner. Raphael made our experience extraordinary!

First, let me start by saying the place is a lifesaver. I went there for my husband birthday in he loved it the customer service was amazing, the food was on point as well as the salad choices are super tasty if you do not want personal size plates you can go with family style for 4 or more people which is a great choice for you and your party to try different things on the menu including dessert. The place is open but cozy with great choices of wine if you like to drink and cocktails as well. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Enjoy

The food at Maggiano's Little Italy is exceptional. Here are some highlights from my meal: The bruschetta and stuffed mushrooms were a fantastic start. The bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, and the stuffed mushrooms were rich and savory.
I had the chicken parmesan, which was cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and tender chicken. The lasagna was another standout, with layers of delicious pasta, cheese, and meat sauce. Both dishes were generously portioned and incredibly satisfying.
- **Pasta:** The fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and delicious, with just the right amount of garlic and Parmesan.
- **Dessert:** We finished with the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and had the perfect balance of coffee and cocoa flavors.

I had a graduation party for my daughter. I booked the event 4 months in advance and the customer service from booking to the evening of was exemplary. The party was wonderful, food was amazing, atmosphere was beautiful but the best party of the whole evening was the staff. They made sure everything was perfect and we wanted for nothing!! Hats off to Rachel, Nate, Eric, Donna, Carol and Denise! Absolutely thrilled with Maggiano’s!!! Can’t wait to go back for dinner!!! 5 stars all the way!!!
