I love this Home Depot, the knowledge staff makes coming here a dream. I’m here often, I’m loyal to the paint plumbing and electrical department. As a pro, I know Larry or Mike from plumbing will find that one part I need to get the job done.

HomeDepot at Hackensack is not that convenient to access because of packed parking lot, but the staffs of HomeDepot at Hackensack are very helpful. Recently one of my pine trees died and need to replace it. Therefore, I shopped one 6 feet pine tree from HD. At the checkout process, the associate Kevin working in Garden section gave me detailed nutrition procedure in planting this tree. That's a lot of information beyond my knowledge base. Thanks!

Friendliest staff if the home depots even when they're busy they're still so nice

HB was incredibly helpful and patient with me. He helped me find the right tool and for the job I was working on!!

The salesperson "Jeffrey" was very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked a product with a $50 off sticker, but he said that was not supposed to be there. He made sure that cashier gave us the extra $50 off when we purchased it. It was a very good experience overall.

Great for moving supplies. And all the othet things you don't need.🤣

Love this store! They have so much of a selection of so many things. Its a dream store!!

Whenever I have a home project I can always depend on this store to have it available or just order to store for pickup, that way I can inspect it on site for any damage or missing parts then get it resolved in store. The people at this Home Depot are quite knowledgeable of where everything is which is very helpful because sometimes the Aisle Bay information does not match with that of the HD site. All in all this store is easy navigating.

Go to HD store! Everything you ever need is inside this Home Depot.

Sorry to say since the employee shortage hone depot had been hiring order folks ( my age 50 plus) the service is back to outstanding. The returns are super easy. Lots of parking. Wish they'd have some people help secure stuff to your car..otherwise glad home depot is back to ors glory. Sorry 20 somethings ( my kids are this age) maybe take a lesson from the current staff on how to give great service

You can get alot of great home supplies and hardware at this place, employees are helpful but management seems a bit dumb. Try asking one of their managers for something and watch how fast they ask for help because they're not sure lol.

Yesterday I rented a box truck from this location. I noticed there was a gentlemen painting the tool rental areas walls he must have been asked a dozen or more questions about the store and tool rentals and had answer for everyone. It was very impressive. While painting the walls of tool rental area maybe 6-7 people including myself asked him for help and I was only there for 15 mins. I was very impressed. I wish everyone at Home Depot was as helpful as this gentlemen. I did not get his name though

I needed to acquire supplies and they did everything for me from putting the items on a Pallet to load it up on my vehicle.
I was very grateful for the assistance.
Remember always ask for assistance when you need it.

I wish I could personally send a message to management about how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable Devon in the tool rental department was today. I usually dread having to ask for assistance, since past experiences have been such a hassle with unknowledgeable staff that act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. This was such a pleasant experience for me I am actually writing a review which I almost never do. He was so nice, you are lucky to have such an asset as an employee for your company!

I really like this Home Depot! I have one closer to me but I drive all the way here for the great customer service thats rendered!! Chloe is awesome, there's a young lady up front that very helpful. I think her name is Monique, she was very kind and patience with me! I was indecisive on which plant to buy and the workers were very much involved and helped me settle on a decision. Wait! I'm not finish there, now let's talk about the guys in the painting department. I'm not sure whats all there names, I think Virgil, Ernie, Nick! Must give a shout out to those guys!! They.were.fan-tast-stic!! Reason being, with me decorating my place i was very indecisive, the color thingy is very confusing for me, I shouldn't say confusing but very hard for me to make a decisions and stick with it!! I lie to you not! Those guys were very patience, took the time to answer all my questions and was very accommodating!! I love this Home Depot, and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

Tool rental representatives working on November 4th were friendly, professional, and thoroughly explained what was expected of me with van rental. I felt confident in my rental and would rent from this place again.

Has most of what you need. The help is not as knowledgeable as it used to be. But when you pay 16 dollars an hour you get what you get. With minimum wage going up around the country they should keep up there salaries. That being said, you can still find an older employee, if you're lucky. So, you know what? I am going to take a star and a half from them. I think about it now. I have gone there and been unable to find products they used to carry. Maybe you can find them online but they don't ship overnight and when I am doing a project I don't want to have to wait for some thing essential I like to get it done. So there you have it. Dropping stars from them.

I appreciate Laucinda for helping me. I came into home depot last week and ask employee Laucinda for help. She help me to get a portable door. Then she even help and gave me advice on other things to make a closet. I really appreciate her help. Laucinda was Professional and Patient, Thanks so much. I will return back to Home Depot.

I love the experience in this Home Depot location. My experience was all rooted in goodness because of this one great employee, Shpresa, from the garden section. She was very helpful when it came to finding stuff for all these snowstorms. She made the whole experience eventful and I will be coming to the Hackensack Home Depot from now on for my hardware needs.
