Talk of the Towne

This is what a diner should be. If you are looking for a true old-fashioned South Jersey Diner, this is it! An absolute must! The fried steak breakfast was heaven!! I don't know how they make the sausage gravy, but it was hands down the best I have ever tasted.

I’ve been here before but not for many years. We had a small group and we ate at a time that the crowd was light. We appreciated the service and attention to details from our server. She paid attention to our needs and requests. Any staff we had contact with was kind and courteous. Hopefully, it won’t be so long until our next visit.

An intimately lit diner with an abundant amount of parking. I, personally, am not a fan of the intimate lighting but that is only a personal opinion. The food was good and worth the drive. You received plenty and the even still have a salad bar. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The seafood platter I ordered was very good and not only a large portion but each item was sizeable. From giant scallops to a huge crab cake is was an excellent value and well worth the trip. It is a must do again for me.

Food was very good, service was quick and friendly. The place looks nice inside and out. It’s nice having the salad bar back. Wife said it was the best cream of crab soup in the area.

Whenever I am travel from North Jersey to Maryland or return, I stop and pick up a meal for my family. The food is excellent, never, ever a bad dish. Very friendly staff that always have a welcoming atmosphere 😀

Service and food is consistently good. Atmosphere is cozy. I just do not like when the owner is not around and the employees get street loud. You cannot think.

Folks here were so helpful when I stopped in for directions when I got lost. Stayed for some hot cocoa. A classic diner with an extensive menu. Good people, glad I stumbled in and will return!

My friends treated my husband and I for his Birthday! Great service food and staff. We will be going again.

I love this place! The ladies that work there are always very nice. I adore their Biscuits and Gravy and Scrapple. My fiance has tried their french toast and pancakes and loves it. Their home fries are so good with peppers and onions.

If you walk away hungry its all on you, they give you plenty of good food.

This is a nice place to get breakfast. Pancakes are great. The scrambled eggs are delicious and the sausage is tender and full of flavor. I recommend this restaurant if you want a good breakfast spot to get good food.
