Charlestown Road Dental

After having problems with my last dentist, I called my insurance provider and they recommended another dentist. Typically, I couldn't be seen, for another three months. They actually told me to call this dental office. I could get a new patient appointment within two weeks and I jumped on the chance! EVERYBODY, even patients in the waiting room were pleasant. The staff were all extremely friendly! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anybody in need of a dental care 💯

They know how to treat the patients who have anxiety, making you feel better about going through with all the dental work I had done. Making sure that you are safe and comfortable . They are a professional at doing the dental work needed to be done. I would recommend Charlestown Road Dental to anyone who has a need for dental care.

Just had my first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a very thorough evaluation. Developed a treatment plan to get my teeth and smile back to what it needs to be. The office was very helpful in getting my treatment affordable. They walked me through how to upgrade my insurance plan to be the most beneficial to me. I am looking forward to seeing how my dental progress goes from here. I very highly recommend Charlestown Rd dental.

I didnt have to wait long before going back. The way they run seems efficient. The only thing I'm bummed about are the things I need done, & how said things need to be split up in multiple appointments & they're always booked out at least 3 months. Which, I know that is out of their control. I feel like it will probably take a whole year to complete everything I need to get done. They mentioned they get a lot of cancelations, but I work full time. Overall though, I appreciate them very much. The lady at the front desk is so pleasant as well!

If had many things done here. Dr Alex and the staff are so nice and accommodating. They gave me my smile back. And I am SO GRATEFUL

I went to this Dental office yesterday for the first time. Everyone there was so pleasant and attendant. I really like the place. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist

Very nice, receptionist is nice & helpful with insurance. The wait time isn't usually very long. The technician and doctor look out for your best interest. The receptionist is very sweet also.

My son had fell and chipped his front tooth, pretty bad. When I called his “regular” dentist they inform me they no longer take our insurance, and we would need to find somewhere else. Slightly panicking I begin to search and call around trying to find a place that would be able to take my son as a new patient. As many people know finding a new dentist can be frightening, especially if you’ve had a bad experience before! After calling around to multiple dentist and looking up their reviews online. I came across Charlestown Road Dental and I couldn’t be happier that I did! The staff was extremely helpful and very kind.. They were wonderful with my son, making him feel comfortable and setting his nerves at ease. Not only was everyone from the staff to the dentist great.. The work they did to fix his front tooth looks amazing!! I can’t recommend this place enough😊

I have an extreme fear of the dentist offices typically. This office is absolutely amazing. The dentist named John Mason is wonderful! He was very patient with me. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Great place to get your teeth worked on. Very nice staff. NEVER had ANY problems with Charlestown Road Dental. I've been going here for a few years now and they have done a lot of work on my teeth. They accept many insurances also. 10/10 would recommend
