Kohl's

Today was wonderful. Extra 50% off clearance prices. I bought some very nice items for great prices. The staff was so nice and helpful. The Kohls in New Albany is my favorite place to shop.

New experience at New Albany IN today. Have shopped there for many years but today was very different. An employee in 4 different depts approached me to say hi & did I need any help? This has NEVER happened before. Finally I stopped a girl who had spoken to me previously to ask if there was a new store manager or new CS procedures in place....lol She answered no but they have been updated to work to ensure good CS for all shoppers..... Told her to report to management that it is working....KUDOS to that store & it's employees!! This is not happening at the Jeffersonville IN store....those employees wouldn't even move carts out of the way so we could look & shop in certain areas! BIG difference! WTG New Albany IN!

My wife went online and bought some cameras to put up around the outside of our home. We got a really good deal on the cameras. She ordered them online and we drove to the store to pick them up, very simple and easy.

I was looking for specific pants for my 5 year old son in the children’s department on Monday. I was having trouble finding them and a really sweet employee named Ava came up and offered to help search for them. She found them almost immediately because I can’t ever find pants. If all employees were as wonderfully wicked sweet like Ava, the world we be a happy place to be.

It was exciting to shop today at Kohl's in New Albany. I went in with a 30% off coupon only to find out at checkout that there was a 40% coupon sent in my email. PRIMA was a huge help to me in finding this coupon on my phone! THANK YOU Prima for your kindness.

Very happy with my purchases. Nice quality and comfortable fit. I also found the exact color I was looking for.
