I lost a reciept (i know my fault) but it should be attached to my rewards information. I was told I would have to go to Oxmoore Mall Sephora to have my receipt looked up. They recommended a $30 mascara that burned my eyes. I was willing to buy something else with store credit as I still need mascara and they told me they dont do ANY returns without a receipt and I would also have to go to Oxmoore for store credit. I guess from now on I will shop at Oxmoore Sephora period.

So first I went to the JC Penny one who did not have the Tarte Mascara I wanted. They told me they were moving stores and to try the Kohl's New Albany location. Showed up and finally found my mascara. They said I cannot use my Sephora gift cards in the Kohl's Sephora store.... Makes no sense! Pretty upset about it because what is the point of having gift cards then?

I called this location to see if they had a cologne that I was looking for, I was told they did. I drove 40 miles to get it only to find out they didn’t have it. Luckily an Ulta nearby had it
