Quality Suites

Excellent service and great people. I had some special requests and John took care of them. Room was clean. Truck parking next door.

We've stayed at this location multiple times. Never had any problems or issues. Nice, clean spacious rooms. We ALWAYS get the hot tub suite and it's great. Located right off the Interstate well within range of plenty to do. Really friendly and courteous people working here.
On this visit, (currently staying here) I noticed that the hotel is pet friendly,..which I love animals so it's not a problem. I heard the occasional bark of a dog but in no way was it a problem. Very quiet hotel at night so no problems getting a good night's sleep.
This has become a regular for us and we'll be back again.

I always make points to stay at Quality Inn Suites and Comfort Inns. Never had a bad experience with them. Their rooms are always stocked with plenty of supplies clean towels and the rooms themselves are very large and quite clean. The location is perfect the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. I would not stay any place else other than this particular chain I've just never had anything go wrong and the fact that the employees themselves seem so happy they make you feel very welcome. Great Job!

I went ahead and gave them 5 stars because the bed was wonderful. I’ve never had a bed that soft in a hotel. We hated to leave the bed. We had the jacuzzi suite and that was great also. The room was nice and the staff very friendly. The only problem was the dead bolt wouldn’t lock, the security bar on the door was missing, & the sink didn’t have a drain cover. Even with those issues I would definitely go back.

Got a jacuzzi suite for my girlfriend and me on a Friday. Lots of good places very close to choose to eat at. Very clean. Very big room for very reasonable price and we were not disturbed all evening or morning. I guess my only complaint would be that breakfast was over at 9am even on a Saturday. I've stayed lots of places that extend breakfast til 10 or 11am on weekends.

The lady at the front desk was super nice. If I am in the area again, will definitely consider this hotel. I don't know how the breakfast was since I over slept 😅

The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem with my experience was trying to cancel my reservation.

When we arrived, the power was out. After a long day of driving many miles and walking a few more, we arrive to check in and the power was out. We decide to go out to dinner and check if the power returns. After dinner, our call to the hotel goes unanswered. My wife called corporate to cancel the reservation. She was told the reservation needed to be cancelled at the hotel. Telling them the power was out and the computers were down did not get through to them. After being transferred and hung up on twice we decided to just drive the 20 minutes back to the hotel to see what the front desk clerk could do. Luckily the power returned as we arrived and we're able to check in.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room was large and clean, plenty of outlets to charge our devices. Great channel selection on TV. The staff was very kind, responsive, and efficient. Plenty of parking. Dog-friendly and affordable. The breakfast room was tidy and equipment clean and well maintained. We would come back here in a heartbeat if we needed a place to stay near Louisville. Thank you!!

Convenient location by two intersecting interstates, with easy access to Louisville. Close to eating, shopping and etc. Nice large rooms with couch, table, desk, microwave and frig. Comfortable beds and fairly quiet.
Rates are reasonable for area. Staff is friendly. Stayed here a few times, never had any problems.

I always stay here when I'm in southern Indiana or visiting Louisville!! It's quiet, clean, and spacious!! I'm a little bummed that they haven't reinstated their breakfast yet because of COVID-19 nor was take and go readily available, but I still TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a late start getting on the road do to family emergency so, at the last moment needed a hotel room for myself, daughter and two granddaughters, my daughter started calling hotels and found a Quality Suites with an opening. The hotel clerk was super helpful in directing us to the hotel, giving us information on places to eat and the best way to navigate ourselves back to the Interstate. The room was huge, clean, and had a small sitting area with refrigerator. Would stoop there again as there are several points of interest nearby.

We were in southern Indiana for granddaughters concert with Singing Hoosiers. We found this hotel was very clean, comfortable and friendly. We stayed for 2 days and the staff were willing to listen and make suggestions as to what was in the area that might be of interest. We would stay there again.

I really loved this place. My room was nice & clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. If I remember correctly there was cold food for breakfast. It may have changed. I could be wrong. Nah, I couldn't be wrong.

My stay was excellent. Lobby clean and quiet. The rooms clean and spacious. It had a microwave and mini- fridge. The staff was very professional and courteous.

Room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is really, really comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Price was quite reasonable, much better then town, yet only minutes away.

It's a great hotel off the interstate.
Free wifi.
Front desk worker is very nice and so is the gm.
No pool but that's ok.

The attendant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. My experience was very good. Will return❤

This was a very nice stay for the price. High ceilings, excellent climate control system, free breakfast.. I have no complaints.

Thought it was a great price & location for our Forecastle stay - couple issue such as our bathroom didn't have a vent/fan and the dryer in the laundry room was not properly vented either...

Hotel was clean, a great price, staff was friendly, and the room had space to move around. Clean microwave and mini refrigerator as well!
