Ossine Shoes

I have driven past this store for years, but today was my first visit. I will definitely be back! First, the store was so much bigger than it looked from outside. It was very well stocked, and the salespeople actually knew about shoes. We were asking questions about the different brands and durability, support, etc, and they had good info for us, not just the standard "the most expensive is best in every way" type answer. We walked out with two great pairs and will be back again.

My husband and I came in today, and had a slight idea of what we were interested in, but had no clue what we needed. Celeste so kindly assisted us. She truly went above and beyond in helping us find the right shoes and fit. She explained things wonderfully, and steered us in the right direction. It was a wonderful experience, and we left feeling good about our purchases we made.

I have had very difficult feet to fit, and not only did we find an excellent fit, but Celeste never once made me feel like my options were limited. The process was so much easier than pervious shoe fitting experiences. Wish we didn't wait so long to shop here! We will definitely be back!

Great selection of shoes. Lucy was such a sweetheart and such a big help to myself and my mom when we came into to exchange some shoes she had gotten for Christmas. The entire staff was friendly and helpful but Lucy was the one that stuck out to me because she was just great all together. I hope you keep her around.

Had amazing customer service today from Caelum and Brayden. I’m a hard fit and they stayed with it until we found two pairs of shoes for me. Thank you so much.

Awesome service. Alex helped me out today and he was so so pleasant and helpful. He deserves a prize and a raise(in my opinion). He helped me try on a bunch of different shoes and I was able to find 2 pairs that I loved. Thanks Alex and Ossine shoes!

They don't just sell work shoes and the customer service makes it worth the trip. They have several different shoes Adidas, Hey Dude, Boots Shirts....

Great selection, service and priced. I use them routinely to assist my patients in getting the correct shoes for their various foot issues.

My boyfriends knees and back have been hurting lately. I suggested we get him so insole and supportive shoes to see if that would help.
Our sales lady was wonderful and knowledgeable about the shoes and insoles.
I highly recommend checking them out if you want good shoes.

I was having extreme back and leg pain from being on my feet up to 11 hours a day at my new job. The associate, Calvin, working that night was really great in helping me pick out shoes that were comfortable and would last more than a couple months (like the $50 pairs i was getting on amazon did). Calvin had me walk and stand on a foot scanning device the store has in the front area that measured my arches and my walking patterns. Super cool way to provide a customized recommendation for my feet. He recommended inserts that would go well with the shoe and my arches. He was great in answering all my questions! He even showed me vegan options after i inquired about more environmentally friendly products. Even though i came yo the store 20 minutes prior to closing, I didnt feel rushed and was impressed with the professionalism that this young man provided! Even more so, its been several days of long shifts and my body isnt sore! Thanks Calvin!

Really had a great experience buying shoes the other day. Allen was really knowledgably, and everyone was so friendly and the shoes I got for work are working out nicely. My feet aren't killing me at the end of my shift. They really took time to do an analysis of how I walk and of my foot and made a great recommendation. It's not often I review things but I was super happy with everything and definitely will be coming back. Thanks!

I would like to shout out. Celeste from ossine shoes in West Jordan. I live in California and I wear a size 22 shoe. I have the hardest time finding shoes as I wear a size 22 a tick tock rabbit hole led me to a store in vernal, Utah to try and find a size 22 work boot calling that store led me to getting connected to Celeste in the West Jordan store. Normally people say they will call you back with information on something you're looking for and you never hear 1from him again. But Celeste took the time out of her day to actually contact people and vendors to try and find me a shoe that I need to put me in contact with these people and if you're ever looking for above and beyond customer service look no further than their shoe store. I couldn't be more Happy with the results that I was given. Thank you again and you deserve a raise Celeste if you're reading this.

Bought a nice pair of thorogood boots for a great price and for less then I was expecting to find them at. Also received good and timely help from the team at the store, will definitely be returning and recommending for my friends and family.
