Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Louisville North

I have been coming to this property for the past 3 years. I can say without a doubt that I consistently find all the amenities to be absolutely  wonderful!   The front desk staff is always professional friendly and accommodating. I'd like  to thank  Danielle for always remembering me when I check in...that's a personal touch that  makes me feel appreciated and  brings me back to this property. All of the rooms here are suites and in every room that I have stayed in (past and present) they are always very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find they still offer a hot breakfast!  Property has an out door pool and great location to everything as well.   I want to point out that this property is currently understaffed. I see the assistant general manager wearing many different hats. I see Brittany  and other housekeeping staff here until 9pm to get rooms cleaned.  It is my hope that the owner of this hotel appreciates the staff that he has and guests will also be a little more kind /respectful of the people that are working such long hours to keep this place going. I look forward to seeing all of you in October!

No complaints about this location. Room was clean and had all the amenities required. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had much more selection than expected and eating area very clean. Convenient access to rooms and elevator. Didn’t see any issues as reported by other reviewers, but was visiting for a night in the middle of winter. Within walking distance to some good bars and restaurants and also walking distance to downtown (in warmer weather). This location does not charge exorbitant pet fees, so is a great place to stop if you’re traveling with and animal. Has a well stocked and well priced pantry for drinks and snacks. Recommended.

Stayed for three months for work. The room isn't fantastic, but its good enough with the kitchenette for me to cook. Friendly staff. The best part of the stay was that they cooked complimentary dinner Monday-Thursday for the guests. Made my nights after work much better.

Great place to stay! Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner are included! So close to Downtown Louisville. The staff and manager has been incredibly helpful and they have always had great customer service. Definitely recommend staying here if your in the area:)

This is by far the best place I've stayed yet. From the point of arrival I felt nothing but welcomed. Tabitha and the rest of the staff here are amazing! Free dinner and breakfast! The rooms are awesome, big, and super comfy. The whole place is clean and has this home like atmosphere that you don't typically find, even at extended stay hotels these days. The prices are low too! I highly recommend staying here above anywhere else in Jeffersonville. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. 😊

We stayed on June 15th and 16th (we booked through Wyndham Hotels' website).
* When we entered the property, we saw some children in the small swimming pool near the entrance. Nice ambience.
* We were given a nice, well-equipped suite on the third floor.
* The breakfast was excellent.
* Good sanitation.
* Nice, helpful staff.
* Next to the toll-free bridge going to Louisville downtown. Easy access.

We enjoyed our stay.

Really comfortable! It was nice having two separate bedrooms (my husband snores)! The staff were really friendly. They nicely opened the pool a week early to accommodate the National Archery kids. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit and yogurt.

Just came from another hotel that shares the same cul-de-sac as this one and had the worst experience attempting to check in. That resulted in staying at this hotel and what an absolute turn around. We were met at the front desk by an incredibly professional and kind woman (whose name escapes me but she has a delightful English accent). She took great care of us and even helped out with our rate. On top of that, we stayed in a room with two full sized beds that are in separate rooms which made it easy because i was traveling with a couple. It has a full service kitchen that even has silverware amongst other utensils. Very impressive. If I am ever in the area again, I will 100% be staying here.

Excellent!!! I had to book this room last minute, on my way in town. Rose, at the front desk, called me to confirm my reservation as soon as I booked it. They were very friendly and helpful with getting me into my room as quickly as possible when I arrived!! The room was like a furnished studio apartment!! It was perfect for me!! Breakfast this morning was great! Lots of wonderful choices ( hot and cold)! The experience was great and this will be my home away from home every month when I come here to Louisville!!
P.S. They honor AARP, so I got an extra discount on the room rate because of that!!

Very clean and nice size room. Close to the highway and bridge to Louisville. Staff was great and very professional. The hot breakfast was a plus and the area was clean. This location is closer to my family which is convenient. Only downside is there is not many food options but the hotel did have menus for places that deliver. Overall great stay.

The room was super clean by " IT TAKES TWO" cleaning and they were super nice and even took the time to get the extra towels and wash clothes that we ask for! We stay here on a regular basis just to get away and relax and" IT TAKES TWO" cleaning never disappoints, our room is always clean! Staff here is so nice!

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast was great and they have the most friendliest staff that you could ever meet. Rooms were cleaned daily. You come in as a guest and leave as if you were a friend. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Very nice hotel, especially for the price. Centrally located, yet tucked away for privacy. Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. I mentioned to my boyfriend they are like extended stay, but MUCH nicer. Staff is ALWAYS friendly; & alot to choose from during breakfast. My 1st "go to" hotel, when I'm in the area.

Overall I had a wonderful stay here. I came here from Indianapolis for business. Pashawn was working the front desk and he was awesome. He was friendly, informative and gave me suggestions on delivery places I could order from. He helped make my trip even better. The room was cute. It was like a studio apartment. It came with a 2 burned stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. There were even dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. If I ever need to come back, I will be staying here!

This place went above and beyond while we were broke down and having our van worked on. Price was just right for ALL its amenities. Full kitchen, real dishes and pots and pans, not disposable. Bed had VERY thick mattress and VERY comfortable. Sofa was comfortable, Everday had hot and cold breakfast items. M-THUR they offer dinner for free also. If I could rate higher I would. AWESOME and Will return if I have to get a hotel within 25 miles of here. Thank you Hawthorn.

Second time staying here. Clean, breakfast is good - eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee. Nice staff. Good beds. Like the layout of the rooms. Easy access to the No toll bridge.

Loved the full breakfast each morning, even better than last year in 2018. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend for Abbey Road On The River. All employees were friendly and very helpful. Second year we have stayed here and the big selling point was the mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. We will stay there again in 2020 for AROTR.

I enjoyed my stay here for two nights. I am a Wyndham Associate. I am glad I choice this location. I stayed in a queen suite. It had a small kitchen which was good because I got to cook for me and the kids. The rooms here have been remodeled, but they are now renovating the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the pool was clean!

Very great service , they treat you like family... Rooms are very clean... Shower have great water preassure ... If you need something just ask and they will soon responde!!! Highly recommend tbis place ... We stay for the 4 July weekend 2021... Price is Fair for 2 nights ... Also have a complete kitchen (my room) and everything work fine!!! Thanks to Samantha the girl on the lobby very nice girl!!

The staff there is fantastic. So friendly and accomadating. We had a party of 6 and all of us had a great time. The staff worked to keep us close together and talked to us like we were old friends. We travel to jeffersonville quite often and will always stay at hawthorn. Really clean nice rooms, and comfy beds. Thank you hawthorn for another great stay
