Mr Gatti's Pizza

The food is decent; especially for a buffet! The vibe and people working are amazing!! Any request we’ve made for pizza has been accommodated and comes up quickly!! The price is really good also and they have a military discount which is awesome! Francisco is always so quick to clear dishes and help with messes; our son tends to spill his drink every time we come.

Good food great people worth a trip. It’s not like Bearnos Pizza but it’s good for Quick in and out for lunch.

Nothing too glamorous, but it's a nice cheap place to eat out with the kiddos, good selection on the salad bar. And I'm very partial to the BBQ chicken pizza.

The pizza selection was fantastic and the salad bar was delicious. The staff was attentive and very nice. We look forward coming back soon

The food is amazing, the staff was polite, the place was clean, and they even made the macaroni pizza by request. The quality of this place has increased tenfold since management changed. Also Steve and Francisco told me to recommend them.

i always get it to go. its like a cheap vs of chucky cheese where the tv is set on cartoon network. the staff is nice at least

Every time we come here everyone is kind and helpful, especially in the past few months! And I do mean everyone, the employees making the pizza, employees at the register, the managers, and employees that clean off the tables! They ask if we have any pizza requests & let us know when it’s ready. The fresh pizza is always delicious. Today they made my nephew a chocolate pizza per his request😂 he loved it, I believe a guy named Ralph was the one who made it? Hopefully that’s correct lol. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

They have improved so much. The food was hot and fresh. The games all worked and they kept things very clean. Highly recommend for the price!

This is by far, the most disappointing experience I've ever had here. I've been visiting for all my life. No more cheese and pepper shakers at the tables. No broccoli. No carrots. No Oreo fluff. No spaghetti. No bacon bits. The only options for salad was lettuce. Cucumber. And sunflower seeds. There was no pricing listed anywhere. And the lady just told you your total after looking up for a few seconds. All I seen were flies. It's sad. The decline happen right before my eyes. And all I see on here is apology after apology but no action.

EDIT: The owner reached out to me personally and invited me back, free of charge. I am pleased to say that this was by far. The BEST experience I've ever had. The food was hot and fresh. Even minutes before closing. There was selection. And RUBIN is the best employee there. He is fast and friendly and takes care of everyone. Because of him and management I will be back. Huge thanks to the owner and RUBIN for making this a great day.

PS. Rubin needs to be placed on a fast track to management if he's not already...

This location is under New Management food is excellent! All of the staff is nice but Crystal is one of our favorites. She's funny and patient when we bring our kids in. We LOVE the atmosphere it's so much cleaner and the food is always fresh!

I had not gone to this location in many months because it was so bad under the old management.

I tried it again after hearing there is new management and it was much better! The staff was friendly and there was plenty of fresh hot pizza on the buffet. Classic Gattis experience. If it stays that way my family and I will continue to be regulars.

I love eating here I would take my son and is cousin a least once a month. They're older now and we seem to order out more. The pizza is delicious and the staff is friendly. They have great prices too. I love to grab a small pizza and drink for lunch!

We have gone to this Mr. Gatti's ever since I was a kid! Very rarely do they disappoint. The pizza really hit the spot and they had plenty of dessert options. My sister requested a couple pizzas they didn't have out and they were ready within a few minutes of everyone sitting down! All of the employees were friendly and very helpful. One lady saw me kind of struggling to get 2 cheese sticks apart and was ready to set everything aside to grab a pizza cutter and help! I didn't let her lol but it was so nice that she offered. It was very busy at the time we went but they were handling it very well and kept up with stocking the buffet options.

This is a very good place to come and eat since its a buffet but the customer service was so good this man named Lovett something like that was so nice he had the dishes done right when i came in and was so respectful!

Great selection of pizzas, pastas and salad bar with extras. Hours are back to normal. Senior citizen discount.

We drive an hour to go to Mr. Gattis. We love their pizza and especially the spaghetti. The sauce is awesome. You can’t beat the buffet price. Wish we had one back in Madison!

Today is March 31st 2023, we went into the restaurant and there weren't any pizzas out, no spaghetti in the pan! It seems like they opened up late and we're not prepared for any customers. This restaurant is always a hit or miss in the past 5 years it's been this way! Today was a miss! Although the staff was very friendly they just weren't prepared in terms of where the food was concerned 😞

There were six of us (2 adults and four children). Staff was friendly and the food was great! My favorite has always been their chocolate pizza! They have definitely improved since the last time I was here many years ago.

Managers , kitchen staff and owners are amazing they always make you feel welcomed to eat at there restaurant I've never ever had an issue with this restaurant! My little girl loves there pizza and will absolutely always go to this location! I went to this mr.gattis as a little girl and will make sure my kids are able to as well!!

My kids always enjoy this place. We're a big family and they have great prices. The food is good. The staff is really nice.
