Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel

Ver nice place. Had an issue with thermostat on checkin. It was immediately addressed by two nice maintenance men, I regret I didn't get their names. I did get the name of Pedro, a manager who addressed the issue and moved us to a new room he checked prior to make sure everything was ok. We had asked for blankets that were brought up quickly. Also enjoyed Lonnie a server at breakfast. Very nice staff and rooms.

Fabulous view of Ohio River. Only wish I could have opened a door or window to further experience the location.

The staff was so accommodating and kind. They went the extra mile at all times for us. It made our trip really special.

Hotel was awesome. Drivers were awesome and very helpful in telling us of things to do.
Only drawback to the room is that we wish it had a mini fridge

I was on a bi-costasl trip and stopped here each way. It was fabulous. The reception was pleasant, parking well lite and safe, the room: PERFECT; super clean, everything top shape, quiet and the bed heavenly. The view of the city was wonderful. OH, they let me bring my bestie. FEB 11 and 19

Went there to see my little sister that I hadn't seen for over 30 some years and as I walked in the door the gentleman asked if I was there for my sister which was great and she came running over and we were hugging and bawling. We went to sit in the lobby and he brought us a box of Kleenex which I was amazed at his kindness. The next morning they tried their best to get her a rental car. The rooms were extra nice also would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for the "Thunder over Louisville 2022" , and it was perfect!!, Until I found out I needed a room for Saturday night...
make sure you make reservations for the night of the fireworks and not before or after only...
The room was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was great the hot tub was hot and the common areas were well kept.i couldn't ask for better amenities. Just plan ahead, next time. Police escort and towing services are ready in case u didn't read this far down.

My stay July 17 -July 21 was Excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. I do wish the rooms had refrigerators for people who needs to refrigerate Medicine. The restaurant Hooters connected to the hotel was not that great , but that was not the hotels fault. The actual highlight was the shuttle driver Darrell. He was on time when ever you needed him . He was very friendly and professional. He was very informative on local restaurants, activities, and places to see. He had a great sense of humor, Plus dressed very sharp for the job. I would stay again when needing a hotel in the Louisville, KY and Indiana area

We stayed 3 weeks ago and had an issue with our room. We were able to see the 2 room options to move to. The head of housekeeping moved our belongings and walked our pup while we were in Louisville. She took her all over the hotel to meet the staff and on a walk. They were so good to us that we booked again this weekend! They pulled out all the stops! Treats for the kids and got to stay in the same upgraded room! Sheraton will definitely be our stay every time we visit southern Indiana!

We stayed here for a surgical procedure. The staff was great and the hotel was nice. The pool and gym area was clean, well the entire place was clean. We had one small issue with payment but their team was amazing at fixing it. Jermaine(?) Even offered to buy us dinner because we were over charged and be wanted to make sure we had enough money to eat. We were fine but the offer was very kind.

Great hotel! Very clean and we had a misunderstanding on the room we wanted and they fixed it no problem and no extra charge. The staff was very pleasant and kind. They didn't act like they hated their job or we were a bother. The room was very clean and cold and the view was also amazing of the Ohio River at night. Also it is a pet friendly hotel .We will definitely be back to this hotel. Thanks Sheraton Louisville Riverside Hotel for a great weekend stay!

We didn't stay in a room so I can't comment on that. We popped in to watch "Comedy by the Bridge" it was awesome and the host was very welcoming and friendly. Lounge had an amazing view of downtown Louisville. Very modern and swanky. Had a yummy fall drink menu (in the spring) but couldn't make basic drinks. Elevators did take forever and it was super hot on the second floor? Very clean with ample parking in the heart of everything.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the river is great! Lots of places to eat in walking distance. And bar is open fairly late 11 with a great selection of spirits! Jermaine was extremely help full at the desk. Thanks I'll be back!

Amazing hotel. Exactly what is prescribed. Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and well stocked for the guests. Best of all am they allow pets. We can’t travel without our dog and they have an amazing atmosphere for her with an easy walkable area for the 4 legged Friends. Thank you for allowing our furry family members we greatly appreciate it and will continue to give you our business!

Very nice accommodations, especially for the AAA rate! Very nice downtown Jeffersonville nearby with many dining options. Quiet. Needed pet-friendly policy since we were in town to deliver our foster kitten to its new adoptive family. Would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. The price was why we decided to stay there versus the Kentucky side. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and courteous. They checked our bags so we could go explore Louisville and they provided recommendations for where to grab breakfast.

Many positives about our stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is conveniently located across the river from downtown Louisville. Close to several attractions and great restaurants. However, keep in mind that you must pay $2 toll to pass through the bridge. Next, the hotel staff was very accommodating and made our visit enjoyable. The hotel has two restaurants attached to it: barrel and bridge and Hooters. Parking was plentiful and free. The hotel offers a free shuttle which works only on tips to downtown.

Almost forgot about our room. It was amazing! Two bathrooms, a large living room and large bedroom.

Nice hotel with lots of parking, not much traffic because its away from downtown areas (but not far too away), and a view of Louisville across the river. It wasn't a direct view but kind of a sideways view from their rooms.

Has 2 restaurants connected via a walkway to the hotel at the second floor... many other restaurants in the area too.

Staff was ok, not that helpful but do answer you if you ask.

I stayed here on Business and was greatly impressed with the service and respectful assistance that I received. The front desk representative, Liberty, was so helpful and kind. Liberty showed the utmost dignity and respect, and honorable service, which I is why I appreciate Sheraton hotels and will return here in the future. He also got me a great room with a wonderful view and I loved the very comfortable bed and great pillows!!!
