I have being looking for a real jamaican restaurant in NJ for many years and i finally got it. I love the food here, they have options for everyone!! My husband ( he doesnt eat meat)got callalloo with rice peas and vegetables with some fish gravy. Igot oxtails, taste delicious and was a really good portion! I will keep coming their big menu! ✅✅✅✅

I’m new to Bergen county & this is second time I’ve ordered from here & wow amazing!! First time was jerk chicken with rice & peas & cabbage the taste was great. Today I ordered pepper steak with white rice& salad with candied yams!! Everything was great. I love this place. 10/10 recommend!! Both times I’ve ordered on Uber & food still tasted fresh and warm.

The food from this place is amazing. I grew up eating German food only. If u don't use spice we can't be friends. Last time I ordered from them, I got something extra. I figured out it was thier breakfast porridge. That they gave me for free. I'm hooked. Nutmeg and cinnamon works for me. Shot out to this place first for always bring a hitter

A coworker ordered from 14 Parish Caribbean for dinner and recommended it for me to order lunch. I called and spoke with Naomi. I must say she was very pleasant and had patience to answer questions for me. I am glad that I ordered. The food was delicious! I had the Jerck chicken (large) with white rice, steamed vegetables and yams. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. However, I will have more than enough for dinner. My coworkers ordered as well and were happy with their orders. One had the jerk chicken and the other oxtails. They said the beef patties with cheese were out of this world. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Naomi and the rest of the staff at Parish Caribbean!

14 parish is a great place to go the food is very good, I would recommend the jerk chicken and waffles. The environment is very electric even on a lazy afternoon. The bartenders make really good drinks and very friendly staff. I would recommend getting some of their cocktails right after work. Sitting at the bar gives you a first person view of how they make their drinks and how they make it more appealing to the eyes. I didn't have to wait long to get a seat even though they were full of people. Loved the Caribbean music playing in the background it's a great place to meet someone or just out for a nice date. The dress attire that works here is nice casual and and in the evenings dressed up more works great. It has the feel of a upscale restaurant with a vibe that works for different age groups from 24-60. It's in the Hyde Park area so easy to get to and their bar has nights where they are open late. Many places in Hyde Park close early and if you want a nice mixed drink your choices are limited past 11pm. This place works any night of the week and just as good in the day time.

I would definitely recommend anybody here the service is wonderful, the food is excellent a definite 10/10 especially the oxtails and jerk chicken the best

This is the only Jamaican place in the area that has never disappointed me in the 6 years I have been coming here. Food is always fresh and always tastes amazing. Service is always top notch and pleasant which is a rare when it comes to Jamaican restaurants. Will continue to come here weekly. The bbq jerk chicken is unreal!

Their ox tail is amazing ! The best ever ! Whenever I’m in town I have to get it. I always get the small and look how much food there is. I was so sad when my husband and I moved just because I no longer lived close by.

Wonderful stew beef with all the African flavor plus Jamaica island flair. Just the right level of spiciness. Great food and even better value. Takeout only, no problem with Apple Pay.

Never thing was delicious. Just those yams and banana could of cooked just a tad bit more. Hard but everything was good

I came here for lunch and I must say that the food was very tasty. I got the jerk chicken and my aunt got Oxtails and she said that it was delicious!!

I've ordered delivery via UberEats for about 4+ months now, consistently every week while at work. They have probably seen my name on the orders various times.

I usually get fried chicken, jerk chicken, jerk pork, jerk pork ribs or the oxtail gravy grilled chicken (unsure if that's discontinued). Nonetheless, always fulfilling portions and great eats for the price. Rice, peas with steamed vegetables was always well prepped and the meats too!

Genuinely had only 1 issue but that was probably an issue on my end for not closing the container correctly to consume for the next day.

It's been amazing! Definitely give it a try!
Local restaurants like this is what feeds the community with great food. Thinking it like a mom & pops restaurant and you'll enjoy the food! :)

I’ve been going back religiously! Honestly the best Jamaican take out spot in north Bergen. My faves include the bbq jerk chicken, stewed peas as well as the breakfast options.

Very fast service, the staff is polite...and the food is great.Very delicious and you get your money's worth...i drove two towns over just for the rasta pasta

Great curry chicken and beef patties. Juices were very good too. Ask for the coco bread with the patties

The atmosphere need more diner room. We enjoy the meal.

I always go to 14 Parish Caribbean Kitchen to get my Ackee & Saltfish fix! It's healthy and tasty. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional.

There are many types of Jamaican dishes to try, especially the standard Jamaican Jerk Chicken which is a must! Give it a try!

Just walking into this place smells amazing. I had the red chili chicken with mac and cheese. So tasty and all the food was steaming hot, so it was all freshly made. The fried bananas were sweet and soft af… and the workers were all very sweet and friendly as well🖤🖤. First time having it today and would definitely go back.
