This location is very convenient. The store is always clean and they're following social distancing guidelines. They always have great sales and the cashiers are always so nice. The pharmacy is usually pretty quick as well.

Purchased a gift card at the store, gave it as a gift when the person went to use it there was no funds on the card. I called the store they told me once the card is purchased there is nothing they can do.i have to call vanilla visa for them to assist me ( okay fine, say that is there policy) I called the visa company and they told me I need a receipt, which on my end is my fault because I threw out the receipt, didn’t know I’d be scammed, so I called the store and asked if there was a way I could receive my receipt from them. The lady told me that I have to have the exact date and exact time in order to reprint my receipt, Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Pharmacy has gone downhill since becoming Walgreens. I get the same 30 pills every month for YEARS and EVERY MONTH it is a problem. They don't have them in stock, give me half, get the other half at another Walgreens, they want to charge me again. Give the wrong amt of pills, they have to check cameras. They say they'll order more for next time, they never do. Texts that prescription is full, it's not and they need a new script. I understand things happen, but not every month.

They close early for their own convenience. A whole 10 minutes before closing time is unacceptable and also unprofessional. I understand we all want to go home. But its your job. And the store PUBLIC hours. If you can't keep.a store to its designated time. DONT HAVE A STORE. Clearly you can't manage it.

The employees have the worst attitudes. Someone needs to teach them how to be polite and train them on how to make customers feel welcome. I’m saying “hi how are you” and trying to be nice but in return I am ignored. One of the older guys literally looked at me up and down in disgust. It’s absolutely disappointing. Do better. It looks so bad for Walgreens.

I don't know why Walgreens don't take notes of people's complaints here but for real it bad like I wouldn't send over my prescription ever to this location and please I begging you not to except if you want to make life difficult for yourself over your meds. Very rude people or pharmacist be talking to you anyhow they feel and that's if you lucky they ever pick up your call. I don't know how to Start filing a complain, but when I figure it out, I will definitely .

my wife is 8 months pregnant and she does not speak English well, she needed medicine on the counter for our son and she went to an employee who was on the floor who was even close to my wife and that lady told her that she cannot help her go talk to the drugstore I had to go help my wife to the pharmacy and I personally told the clerk that I need to talk to the manager. and the lady manager told me the same answer. I think they are there to help people with kindness with the questions that customers are asking. I think these people should not be working with that kind of education and attitude

The manager Ana is very unhelpful for a return I attempted to do even though it was past 30 days. The item was not opened nor no where near expired and yet she was distasteful and inadequate of helping a customer complete a return despite the return policy saying items can be returned uppn the managers discretion. I hate coming here and the pharmacy is always slow. Do better ANA and your employees will follow!

This is the worst store/pharmacy that I have ever I dealt with. The pharmacist yelled at me and hung up the phone in mid sentence. Every time (no exaggeration) my order is cancelled and/or their system is down. If you have a prescription on file, they can’t find it and they cancel your order. After 10 years of their abuse I have changed pharmacies. Beware of long wait times & rude pharmacists.

1 star is TOO much! Rude miserable staff. As soon as I walked in an employee was complaining about working there. Cashier was terrible instead of substituting an item from online pickup order (like requested) She said I don’t know, Cancel your order. Just nasty!!

Speaking specifically about the pharmacy: Gave one star because giving zero isn’t an option. This place still operating is amazing. I’ve gone to this location a dozen times and NOT ONCE have they been able to get ANYTHING right or on time. The staff is not only rude but incompetent as well. Lodi Walgreens is wayy more friendly and actually tries to help you if something is wrong/incorrect

This pharmacy is the worst! I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years when it was rite aid there were no problems. This staff here doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing. They always blaming the insurance company and nine times out of ten they have keyed something in wrong. This is crazy! You are a pharmacy and giving medication to people you need to pay more attention to details. The lines are always long. They barely answer the phone. They need new staff! Does anyone have the number to corporate??

The Walgreen staff in the store, are pleasant and agreeable; however the performance of the pharmacy is simply inadequate and extremely frustrating. Trying to get staff on the phone is like diving into a Kafkaesque hell. The wait times are often extraordinary. I'm forced to use them because they are a preferred pharmacy of my insurance; but if I find an alternative, even a slightly more expensive one; I'm moving on.
