Big O Tires

Had a trailer blowout and rolled in at 230 on a Saturday, they closed at 3.
They got 3 new tires mounted up and out the door by 3. Only complaint is the entrance to the store is as steep as Mt Everest, a challenge for a 22' trailer.
Quickest stop ever at a tire store. I know a guy who lives and breathes big o, he would be proud.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and service at this location. I noticed a low tire warning while staying with my mother in the hospital. I called Big O, they arranged everything, from transportation to repairs, and allowed me to stay with my mom worry free. Thanks Matt and Don, and the rest of the team for truly going above and beyond.

I called Big O on State St in New Albany for an alignment. James spoke with me and even managed to get me an appointment for that same day at a time I could make. He was kind and gracious. I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of all the staff. They checked my tires and James stated that I did not need an alignment at this time. I was amazed at the honesty. I feel sure if I had taken my car to my dealer, that they would have done an alignment and charged me $100 for it. I really appreciated my experience with James and Big O. Thank you. Shirley

I recently had new tires, an alignment, and oil change at Big O. Michael was the gentleman that I spoke with I think, he was very knowledgeable and explained all issues I had with my previous tires. They did exactly what I asked and never once tried to upsell me on any product or service, and gave me a great price. I always have used Big O for tires but will now continue to take my car there for other regular maintenance.

I love working with Matt and his entire team at Big O Tires in New Albany. I have been a loyal customer for years and will alwsys have my vehicles serviced at this Big O Tires location.

After blowing out two tires, I had my vehicle towed to big O tires. They did a great job communicating with me and give me an accurate estimate. My vehicle was ready a few hours later I highly recommend.

I'm 62 and have been going to Big O on state street since I was 18 years old. Always great service. Helpful, when I was 18, they sold good used tires. As a broke teenager on my own, they helped me keep decent tires on my vehicle. Never forgot, thats why I still go to Big O for my tires, especially on state st.

This was awesome. Matt worked with us and took care of all our needs. Best service all around!!!

The gentleman that worked with me was very respectful and knowledgeable on what my tires needed. He repaired my tire so fast, it must have made in record time.

Of the various fast service car shop chains, Big o is undoubtedly the best way to go. I really don't know why they sometimes get a bad rap, they're always as fast as possible and knowledgeable as well. They don't just want to sell you tires, they want to help you keep the tires you have for as long as possible. 10/10 recommend.

Got a bolt stuck in our tire at 5:40 on a Friday! Called and talked to Mike and he said bring it on in. My wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles and the team went to work asap. Didn’t even have time to turn the car off before someone said they could pull it into bay 1 for me. The lobby was super clean and after talking football for 10 minutes I was ready to be rung up and on our way. We were out the door at 5:58. Mike, Don, and all other employees at this location seemed like great down to earth people. We will be back - but hopefully scheduled the next time around and not because we were in a pinch! Great experience 10/10.

I only let Big O in New Albany care for my tires bc they are trustworthy, convenient, friendly with everyone and fair priced on all of their services. Returning to them for myself and family is an easy decision. Thanks Matt for always caring for my family and friends.

I was so impressed with Big O Tires! I went in needing a new back tire and had previously gotten some used tires from them. They gave me several options from used tires to all new tires. I ended up buying a whole set of barely used tires and they even gave me some money back from the previously used tires I had bought from them. I’ve used them several times, but this time made it worth writing a review!

Big O went above and beyond to help me get new tires on my trailer, including dragging a jack and impact next door where I parked it. They also got me done in a very reasonable amount of time. The tires were a little more expensive than the other shop I had them quoted at, but the service was worth it. Big O tires on state street is the only tire shop I will go to.

Got my car back before I expected it to be done and had new brakes and tires. The staff were very nice and helpful! It’s now my favorite Big O around. The manager was extremely helpful as well. Everyone there needs a raise!!
