I work at a roofing company, so I stop by here quite often to pick up decking or material for our projects. I’ve never had a bad experience. The store is always well stocked and I’m usually able to find everything I need.

Bad frustrating situation finally corrected and handled by Store Manager. Long story short, we purchased quartz countertops through Home Depot. Home depot obviously contracts out the work. Had a horrible experience with the contracted company (Designs In Stone) with delaying the install several times to screwing up the actual install and even installing two different thickness in stone. Do not use them!! After the install I spoke with James in Home Depot countertops, who we purchased them from, and he was very understanding and helped escalate the situation to management after collecting out statement and pictures. Finally got call from department manager who was not helpful and had poor customer service (Not going to go into that further as it was later handled). Finally got to speak with store manager Chris. Solid manager who truly took the time to understand our issue and frustration. He legitimately wanted to handle all the many problems that happened during our experience. He truly turned a bad negative experience into a 5 star review. Thank you Store Manager Chris, job well done!

I do find that the layout in the staff is very helpful and refunding is expedient and staffs further ability to support me is above average. No I have had some slow help when trying to check out. Th

Have bought paint here in the past went back with a paint can to get a color match. Perfect match will go back again when I need paint or tools

It's not like the old days when it comes to shopping at the home Depot. You want to talk about great service awesome delivery team. Shop online and still be looking online when you get your delivery that you just had ordered not so long ago. That's what I call fast. But when it comes to the home Depot and their delivery team it's not about quantity it's about quality service quality products quality

I was able to easily find the houseplants I was looking for at a very fair price. The foliage looked well taken care of.

Home depot is the best they have anything home repair related that you could ever need. They also have trailer rental and equipment rentals. Great selection of lumber and reasonably priced, other products they have are great as well this is the place to go when you need repair or just looking to replace or remodeling for your home. Staff are helpful too.

ROB IN THE TOOL RENTAL is totally AWESOME.

We rented the Gehl R105 skid steer loader for two days to excavate for our new pool. We did not get totally finished but did not want to rent the machine for another day due to the cost. When I returned the machine back, Rob in the Tool rental center asked me about my job and if I finished. I kindly told him no and explained some of the trouble I had along the way. He realized that I should have rented a different machine so he offered the other machine to me as long as I returned it early the next morning by 8 am. This nice gesture helped us greatly by allowing us to finish the excavation portion. Rob took interest in our project and helped us feel much better about our job. He is an excellent Home Depot associate.

Home Depot deserves five stars without a doubt! Their vast range of high-quality products for home improvement is unmatched. The staff is knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service and expert advice. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. A go-to place for all your home improvement needs!

Wow. Customer service still exists. My sink order became unavailable and I was on a time crunch with countertops being installed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Even gave me a discount to try to match the price of the one I ordered which was on sale for the replacement. They made it quick, easy and hassle free. Throughly impressed with a big name company still going so far out of their way for customers.

8/9/23 @ 6:30 pm. After receiving terrible customer service from the HD in Clarksville we left and went to the New Albany HD. The service was like day and night. Almost upon entering the store a lady asked if we needed assistance. We immediately were helped by Miranda in the appliance department. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. She provided above average customer service and got us set up with our new fridge and delivery without any issues.

The best thing about Home Depot is the employees! They are there to help and guide you though what ever project you are working on!

Went to buy washer and dryer. Terrance was a great help and knowledgeable about his products. Also found him quite honest when asked his opinions.

Always clean with plenty of eager to help staff members. Past that it is a lot like any other Home Depot, which I enjoy. I know where things are when i walk in, and their app makes finding thing easy. If it's not in the store, then you can most likely order it online and pick it up in the store or have it shipped to your house.

Never again. I moved into a "fixer upper" and tbh I haven't a clue what I'm doing most of the time. That being said I'm in Home depot almost everyday. Sometimes more than once. They've gotten to the point where they blatantly follow me to see if I'm stealing. I spend a lot of money in that place to be treated that way is insulting.

A lot of choices for almost any project...fair pricing..

I went and bought a water heater 15 minutes before closing time, and my delivery guy never showed up. Me and my wife sit outside in the parking lot for about 20 minutes before we could get another truck. It’s now 1040 and the Employee (Ethen ) was doing his job of stocking the mulch outside, I stopped him and asked if he could keep an eye on my heater for about 15 minutes and he did!!! THANKS ETHEN FOR YOUR HELP!!

Needed some help with a pvc pipe issue. Bob is the man!! First employee that didn't make me feel dumb and he genuinely took his time to help. Wish we had a lot more Bobs out in the world.

They have what we need at reasonable prices. The workers are always there to help. They are very polite at the regiaters when checking out.

Never really had any problems here. Giant parking lot and little traffic make it an easy place to shop. Lots of friendly employees. Well managed garden center. Nothing to complain about.
