Primary Care - Lawrenceburg State Line - St. Elizabeth Physicians

I am a big fan of Stateline Primary Care. Dr. Loudermilk is the best. I've gone 3 months between visits and he remembers what we discussed during my last appointment. You can tell he cares. The staff is always friendly and professional. I travel from Versailles to be treated by Dr. Loudermilk. Waiting? This places is well worth the wait.

I wanted to reach out and thank you for becoming my primary care provider within Stateline Primary Care/Dearborn County Hospital Physicians. Your warmth, professionalism, and astonishing ability to connect with your patients is commendable—especially in such an immediate and personal way. You have certainly established a wonderful tone at the onset of a new patient experience. I was particularly struck by the enthusiasm you portrayed as you reflected on your experiences dealing with mental illness in a primary care setting. Dearborn County Hospital is clearly progressing as a health provider—I consider to be on the move, a quality that is no doubt a result of its ability to attract talented and motivated physicians such as yourself. Dr Shih is caring, professional, and a great doctor. She was my doctor for 10 years before she moved to this practice. I miss her very much!

They are good nurse,and a good doctor

Very friendly staff and very polite and professional. I was there for a pre employment physical and the receptionists and Dr. we're all pleasant to speak with.

Dr Shih is amazing. So.caring and compassionate! The front desk receptionist; however, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met especially considering this is a medical facility! When you do not feel well, you expect so much more from the first person who greets you or answers the phone. The business manager would do well to take care of this matter before more patients are lost.

Had a descent experience with dr loudermilk but when I went back was told since I haven’t seen him in so long I’d have to start out as new patient. And then found out dr loudermilk is not accepting new patients. So I ended up with the nurse practitioner. She ain’t very friendly and didn’t help much at all!

Im not sure why I keep giving this place a try. I LOVE Dr Shih but the support/ office staff is terrible.. I wish Dr Shih would go to a different practice and we could follow her there. Until then, we have to move on to a different dr.

This place has went downhill since Dr. Farr left. You can never get a appointment because they are always double booking and when you finally get a appointment you are literally waiting a hour to just be seen because they are always behind.

This place can’t even call in a darn prescription.
