Starbucks

The staff, as usual, were incredibly welcoming and sweet. However, this is not why I'm leaving a review!

I'm leaving a review because of the incredible treatment of my service dog by staff. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they respected that he was working and addressed me rather than my dog, all the while still being kind to him in the process.
I really appreciate the accessibility!!

Not sure why people like Kenyon Byard are attempting to spread negative lies about this location.
I travel to many Starbucks locations in the USA and especially in Indiana where I live.
This one is and has always been top-notch at all hours. I have personally experienced their leadership and staff on all shifts handle things that in all honesty if it was not a Starbucks would have gone differently.
Starbucks as a corporation is known for its softness which has created an environment that customers have and will continue to exploit.
It is sad to see individuals who thrive on spreading their propaganda of being a victim when the reality is the exact opposite.
This is the sad world we live in today, where fiction is received without any validity facts are ignored and common sense is extinguished.

I just went to the drive thru here, but the customer service was great. I got my 2 drinks really fast and they were great.

The Staff in there always has a smile and a warm greeting. They work to make sure your order is complete and if you don't know what you want they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. 😁 Took my little one there for a morning birthday refresher and she loved it!

Baristas are friendly, service is fast. Food is served up fresh and hot and two orders in two days they got 100% right. The interior is spacious with comfortable seating including banquettes and padded chairs. Lots of outlets to plug in and work and a large patio to enjoy your food outside with umbrellas for shade. Starbucks doesn’t get much better than this.

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

I decided to treat myself after running errands. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cake pop. The hot chocolate was delicious. My cake pop was a little more underdone than other ones I had, but it still tasted good.

Excellent drinks and delicious flavors you expect. Not busy at all and a very clean store. Right off the interstate! Five stars experience!

Went through the drive thru and the partner on window had IMMACULATE energy. Super sweet and energetic! Had Vincent on their apron. As a fellow partner thank you for the good energy and good coffee ❤

The staff was attentive and bubbly! Even though it was barely 6am, they still seemed to be ready to go in every sense! 10/10!!

This was the first Starbucks I had ever visited back in the day and gave me my love for Starbucks! I remember I was still just a teenager and had no idea how to order! The barista helped me along the way. I live in Indy now and know EVERYTHING about the menu. When I am coming through the area I still stop here and it's still one of my favorites! They are still one of the best shops even though I have been to so many over the past 15 or so years!

Extremely down to earth and friendly. They are very generous with their toppings for their drinks. Has to be in my top 2 favorite Starbucks locations.

This Starbucks does a very good job. Their drinks are always really good. They always make my drink exactly how I like it and they are quick to make orders and their drive thru runs smoothly. Very friendly staff as well.

Pup cup princess is no longer mad her mom had a free Starbucks w out her.

Super nice employees, drive through is usually fast, even when busy. Clean and inviting atmosphere.

Hands down best Starbucks location we've been to. The batista was very friendly and made very helpful (and delicious) suggestions. The only bad thing about it, is that it's so far from us, we stopped in on our travels!

Love it! Today we realized we can get the liquid cane sugar put in our coffee instead of the packets and it's easier to mix and tastes better too. The people are always pleasant and the coffee always tastes great! The only reason I look forward to going to my Dr appts!

Workers where wonderful, asked for a surprise drink and it was wonderful. The employees got our drinks and bannan bread out to us instantly. Would recommend the Shelbyville Starbucks anyday!

The girl working the window at 1:11 pm on 5/29/19 was so nice when I went to pay my card flew out of my hand and she felt it was her fault so she gave me a gift card and apologized. It was my fault but I appreciated how sweet and thoughtful she was! Definitely a starbucks I'll come back to when I'm driving by.
