AT&T Store

Patrick helped me on 12/11/23. He was very friendly , had a great smile, professional and knowledgeable. He knew what I needed to fix my iPhone. He installed new eSim card. It works great again. We have been with AT&T for many years and plan on continuing.

The location is convenient and clean and very welcoming.

Excellent service at our local ATT store today. Patrick helped us process a claim for phone replacement even though it needed to be done through a 3rd party service. He patiently walked through the process with us.

I went to the Shelbyville, IN store to get help with connectivity between my phone and printer on Monday, December 4th. Patrick was on duty and went above and beyond with his customer service. I truly have appreciated this store. My husband and I have visited here 3 times this fall 2023 and have gotten expert service each time. I definitely recommend getting your phone from here. Wow what great service on Sunday afternoon! My husband had lots of things to have looked at with his new IPhone 14. Christian helped him so much. Such a nice curious man with a lot of knowledge about his job and phones. So glad we made the trip to Shelbyville from Greensburg for his help! Looking forward to seeing him again!

I went to the ATT store in shelbyville. I was having a lot of tech problems with my phone. Good ol Jacob and James helped me fix the issue with a brand new device and better plan. They took ample time in making sure everything worked as it should, and that I could play all my games of course favorite one is Slot mania 9001 ! Thanks guys. Btw they were so kind professional and gentle.

Christian helped me as much as he possibly could. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone for any help needed with their phone

After spending hours upon hours on the phone to at&t supportto figure out why they decided to cancel my new phone order and contract with them without notification. I decided to go to this place. They fixed everything. They got me a better contract than what the phone support did. I'm glad they canceled my phone order and contract now. they were all very nice people at the store. I can't remember their names but the manager and the other person that helped me when I first came in were so helpful. They gave me everything I asked for. Never get a contract or phone from the at&t 1800 number. They don't know what they are doing and are rude. Hope the employees at the store get a raise!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks - mike w.

Went there this morning and Kierra was the only person working and there was a flood of customers coming in. I was very impressed by how Kierra handled all the customers by herself, she was very sweet and helpful. Thank you Kierra.

Erin was super helpful and answered all of our questions. She made us changing from our previous carrier to you guys very simple. Thank you! Also, she was the only one there and handled phone calls and more customers coming in with no problem😊

Just purchased an iPhone 12 and Erin W. Was of great assistance. She helped me great exactly what I wanted and save a over $600 off my purchase. We were in and out in about 20 minutes

This store was always ran so poorly. I would drive to a different city just to get service. I felt like a burden to the staff when I went in there. I took a chance on this store again this week and the lady manager working there was WONDERFUL. I will continue to do business here. She was so caring and was able to help me save money. She deserves a raise.
