The Lucky 7 Cafe

So this morning my best friend and I had breakfast here. I decided to get their big breakfast plate (not quite sure what the actual name of it is). I has 2 egg, scrambled, tater tots, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. I kind of thought tots were a bit weird. But when I got my food, everything was AMAZING!! Even those "weird" tots! And you will absolutely NOT find better biscuits and gravy!! It was meaty, nice and thick and just plain delicious!!

First visit to The Lucky 7 Café. I was so pleased with the owner's generosity in donating warm meals to our city's homeless population that I wanted to come support this local restaurant. Food was delicious. Tater tots were surprisingly amazing! Perfect small town spot to get a home cooked meal without breaking the bank. I can't wait to come back!

Always friendly staff and best pancakes around! The fruit bowl is always fresh. We love going to Lucky 7!

Some of the best breakfast I have ever had! Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy if that's your thing. The staff was amazing and got food out quickly.

Love going into this little place! Great food, specials, desserts, and staff. Check out their Facebook page for specials. Pricing is very reasonable. I suggest trying the bread pudding for dessert, it's the best I've had in a restaurant!

I've ordered carry out twice from here, and both time it was absolutely delicious. Best biscuits and gravy I've probably ever eaten!

We went for lunch yesterday. Pulled pork is truly the best I've ever eaten. Hubby was pleased w/mushroom swiss burger too. Bread pudding, oh my goodness!! Can't wait to try biscuits and gravy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, DELICIOUS!

We are lucky to have found The Lucky 7 Cafe. The food was good and the service was just as good. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Our waitress did a great job (thanks, Tiffany). We will definitely be returning.

Great neighborhood restaurant and newly completely remodeled with extra ordinarily good food, biscuits and gravy are knockout homeruns. ☆☆☆☆☆

What a hidden gem in Shelbyville! The food was amazing and the service was great.

The absolute best breakfast you can get in town. The family and I try and make it at least once a paycheck. Cannot beat those biscuits and gravy. Tots belong with eggs and gravy and nobody can tell me otherwise.
