Tristan was very understanding of our frustration with the my buddy the plumber confusion and re assured us that we will be taken care of the same way if not better then before.
We needed some work done on some water lines and he proceeded to inform me of the process and steps we could take to make our new fridge work better then ever.
The next thing we needed checked was a drain pipe that was leaking when the kitchen sink was running for a longer period of time. He once again went over all options of what could be done. But he assured us that where it was leaking wasn't enough to cause panic just yet. So we opted to wait on that fix for now.
The last thing we needed checked was our toilet. It wasn't flushing great and we were thinking it was a clog and he agreed. So we opted to have it snaked to see if something was stuck. After many attempts it was just getting worse, then better, then not at all, etc.
So we decided to replace the wax ring and check if there was a clog. There was no clog and we determined that the toilet was the problem. So we will be buying a new one and replacing it here soon.
Tristan was very helpful, respectful, and understanding of the situation and for that we will definitely call on Samday again in the future.

I was very impressed when I first called. They made my issue priority one and was very concerned. They were at my house the next morning to address the water heater problem. I told earth I want and they wasted no time.

Nick and Adam had new water heater and water softener at my house quickly. They were very professional and respectful! They completed the job in a few hours! I was so impressed on the work they performed! It looks and works perfectly. My wife and I are with everything about the company and product!

I had Justin as my Electrician for both the estimate AND the actual project. He was amazing and so incredibly helpful! He checked in to make sure he wasn't doing too much and that he was setting everything up in the correct places. I mean, dude walked me through the whole process and gave me suggestions and tips along the way too!

I've had several companies come by but Same Day genuinely was the best one and they weren't trying to scam me either. It was a great experience!!!

I have been a loyal customer of SameDay for 15 years. I called regarding an issue with my thermostat. At that time they reminded me I was also due for my annual tune-up that I have with my preferred customer status. They sent a technician, Jorge, the very same day! Just like their name! Jorge was the best technician. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me some new “tips and tricks” for my new digital/wireless thermostat. He even pointed out an issue with my electrical panel and fixed it!

Adam Cosentino did an amazing job of installing my new water heater and softener. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up the mess. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the job. Came out quickly and on time. I would highly recommend him and this company!!

Gabriel was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. He was able to quickly diagnose our plumbing issues and he let us know costs upfront. We were very impressed with his professionalism and were so grateful he could come out on a Sunday.

From start to finish Same Day made my process easy. There was never any pressure to purchase, but they kept in touch and checked to see if I had any additional questions. Once I decided to start my project they were able to get my appointment set up quickly. Tristan did an outstanding job of installing my Water Heater and Water Softener. I would also like to thank John as he came out to give me my estimate and was very informative. I was in a hurry to get them installed so unfortunately John was not available. Ben is thorough .. he went over all of my options looked through all of my air ducts checked out my furnace and cooling system. He did not pressure me into buying a new air conditioning unit. Ben was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. Ben is friendly and represents the best of same-day heating and cooling. I would highly recommend using for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Gabriel was very friendly, patient and always professional. He helped my aging mother with the patience of a Saint. We are very pleased with the outcome.
We also were pleased at how to schedule the appointment and request someone who could help her in the best possible way.
Gabriel was on time to the appointment and we appreciated how we were notified of who (with a picture) and when the technician would arrive.

Michael & Adam was very professional and knew what they were doing and had to do! Michael was able to crawl into our tight yucky crawl space and immediately found our drain leak problem! I would give Mike 10 stars, for his wonderful personality and for being such great sport of taking on a nightmare task of crawling around in tight space for hours replacing all drain pipes. UPDATE: The crew were working so hard to finish up, that more crews stopped by to help with clean up! That is team work being there for each other! 4 trucks at our house! Work got finished. Mike came back days later to install new toilets and a vanity and did a great job. I would totally give them a call again!! Fernando and Jake did a fantastic job for me! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation. The came in, figured out exactly what was wrong, what could be done, and what would be the most cost effective solutions. The were professional, respectful, and trustworthy. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely be reaching out again for future needs.

Jacob was fantastic. He knows his stuff. He worked quickly and efficiently. They got him out here the next day after we called them. We definitely recommend them. We will only use them from now on.

Amazing experience! Sewer backed up and had some complex decisions to make. Dispatcher Katie was really helpful in prioritizing our job. Dave showed up promptly and led us through the triage and helped us get a game plan in place, even though it didn’t result in any business for his company (yet! We’ll be back with great service like this).

Julio was our technician for plumbing and Austin for electrical. They were both timely, courteous, and helpful in being able to identify and fix the issues we have been dealing with. I love that the office gave us options in scheduling either same day or later, and we are very pleased with the service we received.

We called to have our furnace inspected to make sure it was operating properly. Technician Jenny came out and she found some cracks in the heat exchangers. Took pictures of everything, checked to make sure we didn't have a CO2 problem.
We reported this to our home warranty company. They sent a different company out to inspect. That technician said that there were no cracks. So we called Same Day again and they sent Jenny back along with a supervisor to inspect again. The cracks are definitely there. We are now having a dispute with the home warranty company and their contractor over the issue.
The people at Same Day have been wonderful! They showed us everything and allowed us to see for ourselves what is going on. They made sure there's no CO2 issues, though we do understand that can change at anytime and that our furnace needs to be repaired or replaced. Our home warranty company is now figuring out our warranty eligibility and will be sending out a 3rd party to do another inspection. I wish our warranty company would just go with Same Day and get this issue resolved. The people at Same Day are genuine. These people care. They are very thorough in their inspection process and want to make sure that their customers not only receive good service, but they are concerned for our safety as well. I appreciate a business that does so much to ensure their customers are taken care of and are happy. Same Day is even willing to work with anyone else our warranty company sends out to make sure this issue is taken care of. These days you don't always find service like that. Same Day is top notch! I am very happy with them and grateful that they do such a great job.

Julio, your service technician did an excellent job. He went with me to Home Depot to exchange our failed water heater and installed the new one expertly and quickly. We are very pleased with the service he provided.

My mom cannot stop raving about how wonderful Brayden was!! She is 86, hard of hearing and experiences memory lapses. But she will never forget how kind, careful, efficient and thoughtful he was. He discussed everything to her carefully but did not talk down to her. He thoroughly explained the situation and the options without pressuring her into anything that was not needed. He worked quickly and efficiently but took the time to answer her questions and make sure she understood and felt good about everything before leaving. We cannot thank him enough!! I also really appreciated all of the others who helped schedule the appointments, confirm the time of arrival (at the specific time we requested!), take lots of notes explaining her situation and patiently answer all of my questions! Our SameDay experience exceeded all expectations and they really Saved-the-Day! ~ A million thanks to Brayden and the whole SameDay team!
