If I could give this broker negative stats I would absolutely give it a -10 and I’m not the type of person to write reviews but Vicki is high unprofessional. I bought a policy from her on 12/21 at 6:45pm and it was extremely expensive so I found another company for less then half of the money and no down payment so on 12/22 at 10am I called Vicki to cancel my policy. Today is 01/04 and the insurance company never received a request for the cancellation and Vicki informed me she just did. She was never apologetic about the situation all she kept saying is “do you want me to submit the cancellation or not”. The insurance company also informed me that the refund will take 2 weeks if indeed she did submit the cancellation which I’m doubting that she has. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER !!!

This is the worst experience I ever had in all of my 25 years of living. I’ve never had a person be so condescending of herself it’s ridiculous, I wish I had t the phone recordings of our conversations because she poorly uses her words and I e told her please and thank you goes a long way and she still hasn’t taken my advice. Last month my contract was over and I wasn’t Gona resume our contract so we both agreed that that was it I told her my goodbyes and have a good rest of her life because I’m such a genuine person, but today I woke up and my bank account was negative and I was furious because she’s so bad at her job “Vickie” that she forgot to take me off the plan and her excuse was” oh I forgot, it said you are due for the 6th every month” and that made things even worse, you could teach me 2 weeks of material for the job and give me 1 eye and I’d do 1000 times better than she can. To call yourself an insurance agent is a joke to yourself, you should be laughed at. To sit there and play with someone’s hard earned money and to not care about what happened is so crazy to me, please someone get her title revoked immediately or I’ll take it into my own hands to do so and take her to court! Please do not take this woman’s work, please do not go to this insurance absent, I will direct you to someone else myself please just email me I’ll give you better options even if it’s the bottom of the bottom of choices cause anything other than beep beep auto is better and more efficient compared to that so call Insurance agency

Honestly, I added this insurance on the fastest route when purchasing my vehicle. Right now I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. I was put on hold by an agent who didn’t not make me aware she was going to do that and then hung up on me! Now the phones are going straight to voicemail. I promise you I am sick of dealing with unprofessional people!

There's no hours of operation on website. I can't get ahold of the office me and my husband got the insurance when he bought his car we haven't gotten a letter of when our bill is due or anything just multiple cards thru the mail I've tried the contact us on the website and no calls have been returned I think this is a scam insurance company. Very unsatisfied to say the lease..
