AT&T Store

Bailey was absolutely AMAZING!! My phone was completely shattered and i was stressing out about not getting a phone. He walked me through my claim and how to set it up he was so helpful. He was very patient and wanted to assist me to best ways he could. He truly was the nicest AT&T associate I've ever met.

Went in this morning with 3 others all wanting to upgrade all our phones. Bailey was quick to greet us at the door and take care of all of us at the same time. He was simply amazing to work with and so very knowledgeable. Won’t go to any other store in the future and hopefully he will be there. Great individual and would love to thank him again!

Just had some issues with a return and met with BAILEY in the greenwood location across from PNC BANK.He was very courteous and respectful and we all learned a lot meeting him .Id buy anything from him ,He did and absolutely amazing job.
Definitely recommend seeing him for all your AT&T needs.

Went in last night due to an emergency phone situation and Erica was absolutely amazing. I had my sick 3 year old with me and she pulled up a show on a computer for her and let her watch it while we handled business. She was empathetic and just pure bliss. 10 out of 10 will go back to deal with her

Tyler, the store manager was wonderful to work with. I went in to activate a new phone line and he was very professional, helpful, and quick. I went to this store after having a bad experience at the AT&T store closest to me, and Tyler put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise. Go to this store and ask for Tyler - he is the best!

Drew and Chase have helped my family and I with our phones. Each time we been there they are all very helpful and cheerful. They will help and do what they can do for everyone that walks into the store. Yesterday they ordered me a new phone and amazingly it came today. Took it up there and Drew made sure everything was good and that the transfer went through. I really appreciate the great service!

Tyler was great - not pushy but explained why my phone was messing up and why upgrading would fix my issues. He took a lot of time to explain and didn't rush us. I highly recommend him and his store. He was the manager of that store.

To express that Drew was very helpful this evening. I have been to the AT&t store up at county line and 31 and waited for 4 hours they had no clue what they were doing with three different people and a manager involved. I know this doesn't have much to do with this store. I had to go online to order my phone because 31 and county line was lost and had no clue what they were doing again. I just want to say drew was very helpful and his customer service skills are very helpful and I appreciate him taking the time this evening to help my AT&t needs. Thank you Drew!! Outstanding customer service!!

In my opinion... there is nothing I can add to the service I received. It was warm, exceptional, informative, helpful.
I was so nervous, I new little to nothing about what I wanted.
Walked out informed, pleased, and assured that me and my new phone were going to be just fine.

These guys in this store are really good. They keep their word and honor what they tell. As a customer, that's what I look for. The managers Eric and Tim were helpful and knowledgeable. They have their employees backs without letting the customers down. That's a good leadership. I don't care whether everyone in the store are super strong in technical skills but as long as they are ready to go that extra mile to help me out, I am happy. Went in today with a broken phone not expecting to much. I had just brought an old phone of mine in to be activated and used until funds were there to afford a new phone. The team came together and really went above and beyond to get us into a new phone. We left extremely happy. Special thanks to Keith and Remy for working so hard to figure something out that worked for us. So ask for one of those gentlemen if you visit that location, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I both needed phones and were lucky enough to come to this store in Greenwood. Kimmie was our primary sales person and was infinitely patient and informative. We walked out with new phones and increased confidence about using them. We would recommend this store to anyone.
