Axio 8400

We’re on our second year of living here. We absolutely love the staff, especially Val!! She’s so amazing and helpful! They do fun raffles and things for holidays as well. They all take such good care of us, super attentive and kind! We are truly blessed.

We are fairly new to Axio 8400, So far so good!! Jenn has been awesome to work with, very friendly, helpful and patient. We had specific things we were looking for in an apartment, pool, balcony, top floor, to name a few, Axio 8400 had these plus other option's we wanted! It’s a nice, quiet community. We are very happy here.

Axio 8400’s maintenance team is absolutely amazing! My disposal was clogged and the water wasn’t going down. I put a maintenance request in, in the morning, and they fixed it by the afternoon! They even cleaned the sink out for me. :) Great experience and service.

Val was super with my showing && my application to axio! I definitely would Recommend to set an appointment with her next time you want to view or have questions with anything!

I moved in here just over 2 weeks back and I'm loving it! The property management knows me by name (in a good way :)) and are always very friendly and helpful when I need something taken care of. Also, recently I needed some maintenance done. Really easy to report the issue and timely as to them getting back to me. Walter, from Maintenance, was prompt, professional and quickly fixed the issue. Kudos!

I’ve been living here for about a year. It’s been a great place for me in my transition from living in southern Utah to northern Utah. It’s a great community for dog owners. The staff is always super friendly and quick to help with any concerns or maintenance items. The location, for me, is great! It’s away enough from the city that it doesn’t feel crowded, but close enough to the I-15 that you can quickly go downtown for an evening.

My husband and I have only been living here for a short time but so far everything has been great, our apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. Aside from the property being well taken care of and the apartments having everything we wanted, the biggest reason I had such a good feeling about applying to Axio8400 is because ALL of the staff was so welcoming and so helpful, but specifically Jeff Chantry. Jeff was the one who gave me the initial tour and helped us with our application process and his friendliness and helpfulness didn’t just stop after that, anytime I call he is so nice and truly cares so much about our experience here!

The maintenance crew is amazing, super responsive, knowledgeable and effective, especially Andrew.

Axio Apartments complex is very clean and homey. My apartment has amazing natural light, the floors are all wood which is so easy to clean and I absolutely love. The bathroom cabinets are so pretty and have a nice red/brown finish. Besides the apartment looks, the amenities are great. I especially love the pool/picnic area which is always clean and so nice, the front office tops it off. So sweet and very patient with all your questions and needs.

It’s a very nice neighborhood! Our apartment is quiet and big, appliances are new and the pool area has grills and warm water in the winter this is a plus !! parking can be tricky sometimes but that’s because we are in a very well located spot.

Really nice place to live. Heated pool during winter !!! Neighbors are really friendly and the staff are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Ongoing activities make this place even more friendly something that no just any apartment complex will do. Very satisfied.

My wife and I moved in recently and have been nothing but impressed. The Axio Team is very friendly and always quick to answer questions. They go out of their own way to provide a smooth transition into the apartment.
The apartments themselves are kept clean and are quite new. We have neighbors that have a loud dog, but we can hear nothing within our own apartment, HUGE plus. The heating and air conditioning units are noticeable but provide a nice white-noise within the apartment.
So far, the ONLY complaint that I understand made by others is the limited parking. Yes, the parking is limited.
Solid stay so far. Very happy with the New Management Team. They go above and beyond and are proving to be much more friendly, fair and efficient compared to earlier management.

Id also add, there are many complaints against cars being towed and fined(I have seen the tow truck a couple times). We have had no trouble and I don't see why this would be an issue if you have a parking tag and park according to their rules. Cars parked outside the boundaries set by the Axio Team will be towed, for good reason.
Follow the rules, respect others and you will have a great stay!

I must say that this was the absolute best experience I have ever had when moving into a new apartment. Connor is the best Leasing Agent of all time. She was extremely helpful with answering my questions, and made the process so easy. I felt like she genuinely cared about me, and my situation. The housing is extremely nice and updated, and the gym and pool areas are fantastic. There is a real since of community. I am truly proud to have found such a great place to live.

I have really enjoyed living here at Axio 8400. The staff has been friendly and the apartment space is beautiful. The amenities are really good. I enjoy the apartment gym - it has more equipment then any other complex I've seen. I highly recommend living here. I really love the mountain views from my apartment.
