Long time patient, would not consider going to anyone else. All staff including Dr Arnold are the best. They treat you like family.

I called on Thursday for an appointment I had a filling fracture. It was causing pain. They set me up for Friday after noon. Well the pain got worse and I call first thing Friday morning. The wonderful lady set me up within the hour to come in. Every one was so nice. I had to bring all 3 of my kids and the office staff nurses and doctor where all great with them. I love these people and will recommend them to any one that will listen.

Dr. Arnold's office is great. He is very competent as well as being a nice guy. His staff is always cheerful, friendly and ready to help with any questions or needs you might have. Highly recommend this office.

Great staff who really care about their patients. I have never had a bad experience. Dr Arnold always makes sure I am comfortable and feel no pain during all procedures.

Dr Jason Arnold is friendly, always smiling, and very knowledgeable is all phases of Dentistry.
ALL of his staff is efficient, understands customer time constraints, and keeps on schedule.
Dr Arnold has been our family's dentist since he came to Muncie many years ago.
My wife and I now live in Alabama but we continue to keep our family dentist, Dr Jason Arnold.
My son also continues, even though he has lived in Lakewood, Colorado for the past 8 years.
We all make every effort to keep the best dentist ever as our family dentist.

I have lived all over the country. Needless to say, I have had many different Dentist Offices in my life. Some experiences have been good, some have been bad, most have been in between. None of them have held a candle to the offices of Dr. Arnold and (now) Dr. Zigler.

The office is clean. Important for us all. It's brightly lit and welcoming. Important for those with odontophobia, mild to severe. The staff? I can't get over the staff. First of all.......they all have beautiful teeth. You should notice this in a dental office. I mean, really. It should be one of the first things you see! Smiling faces full of beautiful, well kept noshers. Secondly, they are genuinely beautiful, kind, down-to-earth people. They are THE FRIENDLIEST office staff, ever. I don't say that lightly. They know my name. They know my kids. And this isn't just know-you-because-they-peeked-at-your-chart-15-minutes-prior know you. This is walk-up-to you-in-the-store-and-say-"Hi, Ti!" know you! I've never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I've never waited longer than 3 in the chair. Seriously, EVERY time I leave my or the boys' check-ups, I silently say to myself that I need to go home and bake them a plate of cookies/muffins/scones or write them a lovely thank you card, send freakin FLOWERS!! I want to thank them for LETTING ME be a client. They are THAT great. They aren't only the best dentist office I've been to; they are the best office. Period.

Now I know that being nice and professional and "like family" is important. "What about the dental care?!!" you are screaming into your glow boxes. The dental care is stellar. I've had a pretty big dental issue (since birth). Luckily, it's not visibly noticeable, but I've some extra work done in the past (other than scheduled cleanings and preventative care). It involved an implant, multiple attempts at said implant, and eventual failure after 3 surgeries, and a bridge placed. When I moved to Muncie, the permanent bridge kept falling out, coming uncemented. I went to another dentist in town 4 times to have it re:set in a 6 month period. Obviously, this wasn't working. Dr. Arnold was recommended by my in-laws. He set it once, at least 3 years ago now...........AND IT'S STILL SOLID. He knows his stuff. He is not ever condescending. He works you in when YOU need to be seen (even if it's not a full-on emergence, just a concern). He never wants you to be in pain. He gives you your options...........and spells them out very clearly. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Zigler; however, I feel comfortable saying that I'm sure he wouldn't be partnered with Arnold if he wasn't anything but competent, with a good "bedside" manner.

If you are looking for a new dentist because your other one retired, you have recently moved here, or you just aren't that satisfied where you are currently going, I HIGHLY recommend this business. You will not be disappointed in any way. I would bet my eye teeth on it. -Happy Brushing!

I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist but visits to Dr. Arnold's office are always pain-free and conducted in a very professional manner. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Best dentist I've ever had. They are careful, attentive and give you plenty of information with which to make decisions about your dental health. And Angie is a terrific!
