ACME Markets Pharmacy

Myself and my son get all of our prescriptions filled at Acme Pharmacy. Wendy and Brian are very professional, helpful, patient and kind. I've had a lot of questions concerning new medications that my son and I have started taking and Wendy and Brian are very knowledgeable and helpful!! Five stars for the both of them!! Barb F.

I have avoided getting shots my entire life. I received my 1st flu vaccine ever at this pharmacy and it was an extremely positive experience with compassion and caring being displayed. I hope I can get all my vaccines here!

I've been trying to make a covid vaccine appointment at Giant and Walgreens for several weeks. ACME was by far the quickest and most user friendly website. Wendy in the pharmacy was great.

This use to be great when Wendy ran it. But the new lead Pharmacist (Daniel) needs a major check on his customer service skills. Hearing how he’s treated my family over insurance coverage and giving pushback about ordering a medication, and then witnessing it when waiting for a medication further proved my concern. Kyle and the pharmacy techs they currently have (as of 2/27/24) are pleasant.
Convenience is the main factor for going here.

Generally they do a good job. I switched from Walmart and happy that I did. The 2 stars is because their system has been down for days and i cannot get my prescriptions filled. Blood pressure medication is pretty important, and they said that they don't know when it will be back up and running. I'll change the review if it's resolved.

I object that the pharmacist believes that Tadalafil is not a critical prescription drug for those that have BPH. It was out of stock and that’s was what my wife told.

I just had my daughters prescription switched to acme .. one phone call and I can tell I won’t be staying .
Lack of customer service .. it felt like I was bothering her ! By calling to give my daughters insurance info!
I know things are crazy and hectic in this world but come on .. do better !

I never felt compelled to review a pharmacy but Acme Pharmacy is the least likely to be helpful to a customer if the gentleman who works there is on shift! It’s happened to me multiple times and also to my husband. It can be as small as a general vitamin question or a question on a vaccine. He won’t look up, you are obviously disturbing him and he will never go out of his way to actually assist you. I couldn’t get a flu shot because his shift ended in 15 minutes. I left, went to Walgreens and was out in far less time. His negativity is now at 100%. Possibly interaction with the public is not in his best interest or in Acme’s.
