La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Terre Haute

The entry door close to our room was locked for repairs. I use oxygen and needed a quick way to plug in..
Located away from heavy traffic noise, I found rooms superior to other places I stayed at that offered similar services. Clean crisp bedding, spotless room. All amenities needed in todays travels...plentiful in charging ports and plugs for phones and accessories. Two chairs in the double room at a way more than fair rate, especially having two grandchildren along.
Continental 'plus' breakfast at 7am was great, included in fee.
Out of 5 stars, this was definitely a 5 plus.
I have not traveled, vacationed by car in years, and this was pleasing to see.
From Michigan to Arkansas by way of the Route 66 trail...loved it.

Really nice stay clean, nice staff really friendly and always asking how our stay was and if they could do anything. Only thing was the water pressure fir the show was look to where you didn't get a full spray got a trickle in the middle of the shower head.

Angela checked me in. Very nice and quick. Rooms nice. Traveling w small dog good pet fee. Liked the quiet brush thing at the bottom of the doors !

Not only has she gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy (it's normally not with three young children!), she has made a tough traveling situation as simple as possible. Clean, comfortable and quiet. An absolutely great hotel. Clean fitness center, nice indoor pool, fantastic staff and a delicious hot breakfast. This is a great hotel and I will definitely stay again when heading through on I 70.

My husband and I were passing through Terre Haute on our way home and stopped overnight at the La Quinta Inn & Suites. We had a delightful stay!

Kudos and many thanks to Angela at the front desk! I had spoken with her to make the original reservation and then again to modify our reservation to an earlier arrival. She was at the front desk when we checked in, as well. She was SO sweet; when I called, I had asked her about nice restaurants in town, and she had printed out a list of four restaurants (with their website links) for us to choose from. What great customer service!
Thanks also to Chris at the front desk; he handled our check-in during a somewhat chaotic time (someone had burned popcorn in their microwave and the fire alarm went off). He remained calm and poised even as the fire department showed up and fielded multiple calls from guests, reassuring them that all was well.
Our room was very nice; it was clean and modern and there was plenty of space for all our luggage as well as room to relax on the bed or in the office chair at the desk. The bathroom vanity was spacious enough to spread out and sort through our toiletries, which was very handy on the last day of a long road trip.
The breakfast area had both hot and cold options, and there was ample seating in the lobby area. The fitness room was nicely equipped with an elliptical trainer as well as treadmills for guests to use.
The hotel is conveniently situated just off I-70 in a business park with other hotels and restaurants nearby. Despite the proximity to the interstate, our room was quiet, and we slept well in the comfortable beds.
We appreciate the La Quinta for providing such a lovely stay on our last night away from home! We’ll remember it and stay there again on our next trip through Terre Haute.

I am usually not a fan of Wyndham properties and rarely will I stay in one but this property is brand new; it is very modern, clean and gives you great value for your money. The best thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, stores of all kinds, gas stations, Indiana State University is down the street and it sits near a major highway. I would highly recommend anyone who likes cleanliness, convenience, and beauty to stay at this hotel if you are in the area.

Great spot for easy on/off interstate. Dog friendly!!! Great rooms...clean & spacious with comfy beds. The staff are very friendly! Breakfast offered several options. It's our place to stay when we travel to & from the east coast!

Phenomenal experience here. I previously had been staying at either the Quality Inn or the Sleep Inn in Terre Haute and the sanitation standards at both hotels are egregious. This hotel was fresh and modernized both inside and out. My room was very clean and welcoming. The gym was equipped with some great equipment also which is a plus. The pricing was very fair for the quality of my stay in my opinion at $120/night at the time of my stay. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at the La Quinta Hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean, and they do offer a hot breakfast. (Note: Not very many vegan options, but there are a few. This is one potential area of improvement.) I would absolutely stay again, and the fitness center was a godsend!

This is a newer building. The staff was awesome, even with a hiccup in the software for the check-in process. Breakfast was good, the food was hot and plenty of it. One downside, you can hear a lot of movement, unfortunately.

Great rooms and service. Clean and large. We had an issue with a large group of people talking loudly below our window late at night and all it took was one call to the front desk and the issue was completely resolved. Very great staff here!

Nice facilities, clean, friendly helpful nice staff good breakfast. Comfortable and quiet next to Cracker Barrel I would stay here again.

The staff for the front desk and breakfast were cheerful and helpful. This hotel is very clean. I had a room with two queens as it cost less than one king (?) although I was traveling alone. The bed was very comfortable. There were NO off odors, no signs of mold, no stray hair, or dust bunnies. I would stay here again and based on my satisfaction of this location; I will stay in La Quinta locations in the future.
