I wish I had gotten the staff member name 😕...but she was so sweet and very patient I felt so bad she had to go to the back so many times but she still smiled and was so sweet to my daughter ❤ my daughter is autistic so she has a hard time making decisions. But the staff was so nice, thank you.

I have a child who is slightly obsessed with Jordan’s and you know the game going to multiple stores hoeing to find the right size this location goes above and beyond to help its customers all of the employees are awesome! The managers inform you of when to check back Ashlay and Justus go above and beyond thanks so much for such a positive shopping experience!

Great customer service and great sales associate. Cheyenne was the associate that helped me. I came in looking for a specific shoe. She knew exactly what I was looking for. The first pair were a little bit dirty but I asked her to swap out for a different pair and she said no problem. The second pair were immaculate and in perfect condition. I was very impressed by how much she knew about the product and app. Plus the extra knowledge she had about the Nike app. Great work Cheyenne for making a sale and a happy customer!!! Hire more people like her and your store will do well!

Great staff!! Seriously.. Derek was a friendly face behind the counter that greeted us and took our shoes we were returning. Kurt and Xavier gave great service. They were really friendly and super helpful. They made several trips to the back to find me the perfect shoe. Really grateful for the staff and their great attitudes. This store was nothing short of stellar.

Staff members absolutely amazing bought my daughter Jordan's in lavender unfortunately they were not in her size so I had to get a pink one plus a pair of socks (go finish line) awesome store awesome staff thank you store manager Will for helping me my daughter will be so happy.

Alright I found THE pair of shoes I needed in my life but the Muncie location didn’t have them. Autumn and the Muncie location team went above and beyond to help me find a location within a reasonable distance that had them in my size and get them held! Customer service is still a huge deal and will determine if I continue to do business at that location! Best service I’ve gotten in a while!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have my size in store, so offered to order and have shipped to my house with free shipping. Had the sneakers in 2 days. Great service!
