Neerings Plumbing just repaired our sewer main. Tyson was quick to get us a reasonable bid and his crew started the work right away, even in the wind and snow. The crew, Tyson, Mike, Tony, Jackson and John were all professional, empathetic and talked us through the entire project. The job was done faster than expected and Tyson provided good information on how to take care of the disrupted lawn.

I'm super impressed with the customer service. I'm not even kidding. Went to the website and put my information and not even 1 min went by and they were calling me. Same day someone John and Jackson showed up and accessed the problem. The next day they were here and installed the water softener. Smoothest process I've ever encountered. John and Jackson were amazing. Even making sure the drain in the laundry room was working and hold the pressure of the water being put out on the new water softener. My home was spotless when they entered and spotless when they left. They both went beyond and above on what needed to be done. I will definitely be using Neering and John and Jackson for any future issues that might appear in the future. Again thanks John and Jackson it was a pleasure having you in my home.

Chris, Joe and Konnen identified issues with our HVAC system, gave us recommendations, answered all of our questions, installed the new systems, trained us on how to operate and maintain them, and got us up and running in a jiffy. Exceedingly satisfactory! My 30 year old furnace crashed. I called Neerings. They had Jim Chandler visit the next day. He was most informative, provided me with options and a fair price and had a team come that afternoon to install the new furnace. Joe and his son Jim arrived about 1 pm, dismantled the old furnace and installed the new by 530pm. They were neat, explained everything to me and my house in now comfortably warming up. I heartily recommend them!

The Neerings guys were great! We had a gas leak (if you even think you smell gas, call Dominion - they are super responsive). Santana came on an emergency call that night and isolated the problem. He and Shane came the next day (and part of the next) and got it all settled. The company, from the phone reception to the guys were all super friendly, responsive, and professional. We’ve had some follow on work as well on our boiler that has also been great. The technicians all communicated well what was going on, options to fix it, and got the work done. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, we've had a lot of plumbing problems this year. That's meant several visits from Neerings, often a different duo of plumbers each time.

Kudos to Neerings. Their guys are consistently the nicest servicemen to interact with...they're friendly, pleasant to have in the house, on time, neat. Just great to do business with. I wish all tradespeople were like them. Really can't say enough good about them. More than happy to use them in the future.

Joe from Neerings performed Spring maintenance on our cooling system (the first time in many years). He was courteous, professional, and helpful. He found a potential water heater leak, and sent a Neerings plumber to look at it. Happy customer.

Had a kitchen sink slow draining, called Neering and tecs Keith and Ben were on call. They showed us it was a soft clog and walked me and my wife through preventing this. No charges, just good friendly advice and understanding. Thanks Keith and Ben !!!

Neerings is an amazing company! We started having them service our water heaters. We were so impressed that we had them service our snow melt system, air/heat and boiler. Now we have their Plumbing service department taking care of our homes. They do it all. They are as respectful, if not more, than you are of your home, very skilled at what they do, and they care!!

Greatly impressed with Neeerings service. Our A/C unit quit at 10 PM, called Neerings and they had specialist (Joe Crowley) here at 9 AM the following morning. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable determining the 20 year old unit was beyond repair. Joe made some calls and began the process of removing and replacing the units while explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Cannot say enough about Joe's professionalism and Neerings service overall. BZ

Neering's service team has been amazing to work with. They are very responsive, and when a troublesome issue came up with a manufacturer's warranty, they went above and beyond to get the manufacturer to step up and solve the problem.

You can really tell a lot about a company when things don't go as planned. It took a bit, but Jim and Nick were awesome in helping get some resolution from the manufacturer.

When we call Neerings, we know they'll respond and show up. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable. They've done a number of jobs at our house, and we've always been happy with their work and customer service. Most recently, Mike was out to tune up and inspect our HVAC system. He was thorough, professional and personable, and he explained clearly what he was doing, any issues found and his advice. I recommend Neerings for any HVAC, plumbing or electrical work.

First of all, the woman that arranged my appointment was very pleasant and helpful.I have never used their services so starting with her professional manner made me feel good about having called them.

Mark and Zack arrived even earlier on the appointed day than planned. That worked out great for me. They were very professional and considerate by putting on booties to protect my floor and carpeting. It didn’t stop there.
When I explained my needs they were very helpful in assessing my situation. I felt I was in good hands and after seeing their installation, which they did the same day, and how nice looking and functional it is, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Neerings Plumbing and Heating.
I just now added them in my list of contacts. I would suggest you do the same.

Tyson, Randy and Jackson were very kind and courteous during not the best of circumstances with our main water line. The transparency was reassuring and made the experience less painful. I’d definitely recommend Neerings to anyone based on what I experienced.

John and Jackson from Neering were on time and cheerfully evaluated all the plumbing in our house. They provided suggestions, options and even told us which components did not need replacing. We are definitely bringing them back to do the work.

I plan to do another review at end of job and fully expect it will be 5 stars.
