Newmar Service Center

emergency stop on 3 week trip, the are working us in. WIllie is kind and caring, highly recommend this place. Almost didn't cone here because it said training center, but its not, all experienced technicians. They take great care of your coach, and even cover the seats before sitting down. They even have hook ups so you can sleep in your coach, water and a dump station.

Much better than expected. Dealing directly with knowledgeable service technician is much better than with service advisor, I wish all centers would have the same business model.
Scheduling process was not as impressive.

We purchased a used Newmar Dutch Star motorhome in 2018. Unfortunately, an antelope ran into us in 2019. Because of the pandemic, the repairs weren't done until January of 2021. The Newmar service center and specifically the technician, Rick, who worked on our unit, were the best. Rick did a fabulous job on the fiberglass, and the paint shop made it all shine. Because of the professionalism and quality of work, we decided to have much more done. This year, our technician was Ben. Rick helped, too. And probably many more that we never met. To you, Stuart, our team leader, and our technicians and the folks in the paint shop, thank you. WE LOVE OUR COACH! IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Inside and out. We look forward to many, many miles of traveling.

The facility is amazing. Beautiful sites and lounge.

Really enjoy the service center. Great techs. Our guy allowed me to watch and learn several things he was doing. Only thing I don’t like is the brand specialist don’t come out to interact with customers. They are just upstairs I believe. We asked for our rep twice in 2 years, but they don’t seem to care about that. If I could change anything here it would be that the reps should be downstairs out front to see, meet and hear from the customer. The dealers promote that the customers have these reps but my experience trying to reach them in person or on the phone has failed every time. I’ve spent days sitting in that lobby and never see these reps. 🙁 specialist should want to meet the customers that are buying the expensive product. It’d icing on the cake for me.
Teresa at the front desk is awesome. Very friendly and always smiling.
Facility is VERY clean inside and out. Parts store is well stocked.
Train tracks are very close and very busy all day and night. Town is full of friendly people.

Lloyd and Alvin at the Newmar Service Center are the best, so friendly and helpful. Sue is the best hostess around. They are quick to access your issue and get it fixed.

Best customer service in the Motorcoach business, this was our second visit to Nappanee and we could not be more pleased, they under promise and over deliver, everything was done better than we excepted. Sue at the front desk is warm and welcoming, is a wealth of information and greets you by name with a smile. Mr. Miller our tech was great, did everything on our list and even a couple last minute add-ons in less time than excepted. Mr. Miller met us each morning shared the days plan and at the end of the day gave us an update on the progress. We will not go anywhere else for service if possible, it's worth the drive from anywhere is the US.

Amazing that such a large company has such personal service. I will only buy Newmar from now on. Their commitment to supporting their products is the best.

My husband called to make an appointment at the Nappanee Newmar Service Center for our new motor home’s first service. The lady who answered the phone instructed Dave to send in a list of warranty items to repair with photos demonstrating each one. This process allowed the center to order parts before our arrival. What a novel process—obtain warranty approval and order parts before we arrive with the RV. BrIlliant!

Mike Hamilton worked on our 2021 Dutch Star 4369 for 4 days. Every item we provided by email was on Mike’s work order. Mike was knowledgeable, prompt and professional, yet open to talking to us anytime of day. Mike completed all warranty repairs we reported, as well as 6 month service items. He even found of couple of items we did not see, and repaired them as well. Mike had another person ride with him on the test drive to listen for road noise from the coach. He scheduled a mechanic to do the oil and filter change. He pulled in other staff experienced in shades to replace a blackout shade.

Meanwhile, Dave and I enjoyed early breakfasts at restaurants Mike suggested. Camping at the lot across from the service center, Mike arrived promptly at 6 am returning the coach at 2:30 pm. We rode bikes on the Pumpkin Vine trail, picked fresh blueberries, explored Shipshewana, ate Rocket Science ice cream, attended a Newgle training, and shopped for Amish furniture.

Newly retired, this is not our first coach. We have dealt with RV repair in various locations over the years. But nowhere have we seen a repair shop run more efficient nor a staff that was so friendly and fantastic.

Kudos to management, Newgle training staff, front desk staff, and the entire repair staff for working together to create the absolute best RV service we have ever experienced.

Absolutely beautiful service facility for Newmar Motorhomes! Both the service area (which is immaculate) and the waiting area (which is beautifully furnished and comfortable) are fabulous! The service technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. They communicate with the owners and are polite and respectful. Definitely recommend!

Josh and Joana treated us well. Had to have new batteries installed. Went with AGMs. They removed old batteries, removed tray and cleaned it up and repainted it too. All clean and like new now. Had to have FWS awning and bedroom slide awning replaced as one had a tear in it and one had pulled away from RV. Fridge was replaced a year and half ago and wasn’t fastened to the floor, they took care of that as well as putting on a locking system for the doors. Many little things were done and repaired as well. Definitely the place to go to get work done on your Newmar.

Been coming here for the last 3 years Camphosting and love it. It's a very quiet peaceful place and it's an Astronomy Campground and a great place to view the stars.

Another great experience with the beautiful Rv repair center! Rick was our tech this time and was so amazing and efficient! He showed confidence and care. Some folks go through life with just a job, Rick shows he has a job to do! Thanks!

Our two day appointment turned into five; but it was not a problem whatsoever. They were able to fix issues that our regular service provider couldn’t do properly. I’m impressed with the professionalism and quality all the way around. Yes, you have to be out of your coach by 6am, but it’s time we’ll spent to get the job done right!

We're on our second Newmar and finally got to experience the new Service Center. Wow. You pull into a spotless camping area with loads of space, back into an open full hook up spot and you're done. When they say they will be there starting at 6am, they mean it so don't get caught in your "pj's" . 5:50am Troy came to our site and reviewed everything with us and then took our Dutch Star into the massive service area. There is a very large service area with comfortable chairs, wi-fi stations and you can access the parts area and a kitchen. Our visit involved scheduled maintenance, minor recalls and warranty paint work so we left the coach and visited family in Wisconsin. We purchased our first Newmar (it was our first RV) on the recommendation of a friend. It was a 2003 Dutch Star in 2016. We visited the factory parts department then and was blown away by the nice people we met and ALL THE PARTS they stocked for our 13 year coach. Every January since, we attended the Tampa Super Show where Newmar flew down a bunch of the service guys/gals to service our coaches (except COVID year). It IS THE ONLY REASON we never considered any other brand than Newmar for our second Dutch Star. Newmar Technicians live and breathe QUALITY, ATTENTION TO DETAIL & PRIDE in WORKMANSHIP. Troy, you and your team are the BEST, AGAIN!!!!

Talk about taking pride in your job the technicians here at the Newmar Service Center are top notch. Our tech Norm was outstanding. The Waiting areas or very nice and clean free coffee, snack machines and waiting rooms for those who have pets.

Service is excellent and customer accomodations fantastic. 24 hour access to a spacious lounge, kitchen area, laundry, and pet lounge for customer use while they service your coach.

Words can’t explain the awesome level of service that is provided by the Newmar Corp. We will never own any other coach other than a Newmar because of the exceptional service received during our visit to to the service center. Great job Newmar!
