We couldn’t say nicer things about Numark roofing. They were referred to me by a colleague and we had the best experience with them. Let me start by saying we requested a quote from Numark, and a competitor to compare. The competitor not only stood us up, twice.. But, took 2 weeks to even send us a quote. Mike with Numark was punctual, knowledgeable, and helped me navigate the insurance company. The crew was quick, did great work, and were very careful around my landscaping. The clean up was excellent, no sign that roofers had been there. And the roof looks fantastic!

We spoke to many companies and met with a couple of others, but Mark was just the best at explaining the process and getting the job done! The team also did a great job cleaning up as soon as they were finished!

Good people to work with. Very knowledgeable with a background of home insurance. They know exactly what to look for in any repair. Mike knows what he is talking about!! Mike and the team at Numark were awesome. After the tornado, they were out the very next day to get temporary tarps on our roof. Mike walked us through every step of the process, and was quick to respond to all of our questions. He was also on-site to meet with the insurance adjuster which was a huge benefit - he even filed the final paperwork with our agent once the job was complete! His crew did a great job and cleaned everything up once the job was done. If I ever need roofing work again in the future, Mike and Numark will definitely be my first choice!

*Update* I'm currently in the process of selling my home and the home inspection nitpicked a couple of minor issues. I contacted Mike at Numark and ask for his opinion. (It's been over a year since Numark replaced my roof.) Mike sent someone out that same day had made some adjustments. Numark came through with incredible service during a time of great stress of selling a home! Thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service!

I wanted to express my appreciation to Mike and team for helping us repair our roof after a major hailstorm. The insurance company initially denied our claim causing a lot of headaches and frustration. Once Mike got involved, he was able to correct the situation quickly. Communication during the whole process was outstanding. I highly recommend.

Our roof was a total loss after the tornado that hit NWA at the end of October. At a time when service providers were overwhelmed with work requests, we never felt “on hold” Numark was out the day following the storm and put patches all over the roof to provide us with temporary support before the predicted thunderstorms arrived. Once our insurance adjuster made it out (on a Friday) Numark was back. I couldn’t believe it when they started on our house on the weekend, I just assumed it would be the following week. They worked efficiently, the roof looks fantastic and our yard was spotless when they were done. Highly recommend Numark.

When my buyer had inspections done, my roof was found to have hail damage I was unaware of. I had already moved out-of-state and was in a panic. There was a short window to get a claim filed and approved then have the new roof on in time for closing. It hadn't even occurred to me that I should contact my insurance. Erick Villegas at NuMark lives in my neighborhood and took over for me. He walked me through the whole process calmly and professionally. Erick had a quote to me the night I first contacted him so I could get it to the adjuster. He also volunteered to meet the adjuster at the house to help get the claim approved. The weather and materials delivery were not in their favor but NuMark got in all done. The roof was completed on time and closing went off as scheduled!
