Panera Bread

Our first time there. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. A lot of selections of soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, and bakery items. It was very fast and there was plenty of room for walkers. We will definitely go back again. The onion soup and chicken Ceasars salad was delicious. A little something for everyone.

I love Panera, especially because they've added the Sip Club. The atmosphere is great, however; it is warm inside if you plan to dine-in. The drive-thru is fast and they even have express check out. I love how friendly the staff is. I've only ran into one slightly rude worker who insisted we stop at the speaker even though we ordered through the app. No one else has complained about us going straight to the window. I wish I had got her name I just know she has a very short black hair, other than that, I love Panera and their customer service. I go before work so that I can have energy throughout the day, and I go after work when me and my boyfriend needs to get homework or computer work done. Fast service and if you're in a rush, you can count on them! 10/10 experience every time to be honest.

TL;DR I'm not a fan of the food at Panera, but it was made quick and the service was impressively friendly and professional.

I had the Roasted Turkey BLT. Wasn't bad but not to my taste. Turkey was perfectly moist, tomato was ripe: an overall high quality sandwich.

My wife had the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. I liked it even better than my sandwich and I recommend it.

I'm disappointed in the lack of a Reuben or potato soup on the menu, but what they had was good.

The service was amazing. It took us a minute to decide what to get and I felt like they were aware and not rushing us. When we were ready, they jumped up to the register to take the order. On top of that, they seemed to take basic sanitation pretty seriously with someone checking the fountain drink station during our visit. It seems almost rare to see soda fountains cleaned

Try out the Take 2- cheddar broccoli soup, steak and cheddar sandwich, with bread. It's amazing! Always served hot and fresh. Once in the past, I was given the wrong soup, but they quickly corrected it with no complaints.

Gotta say, did not disappoint! Try their breakfast sammiches on brioche. Thank me later....😋 it's like a cloud in your mouth. Bit steep, but hey... record inflation 🤷‍♂ Try a value duet if you're looking to save $$ and the sip club is a great deal for coffee lovers!

Edit: Staff is great and went above and beyond regarding an oopsie. I'd give 6* if I could!

The flatbread pizza is AMAZING! Also the grilled cheese and tomato soup was out of my comfort zone but it tasted so GOOD! The workers are so nice and give you your food fast! Their program with the free drinks is nice, and when I’m in a rush but thirsty I go here! I recommend this place to everyone!

I ordered through Panera for Delievery which goes through door dash. Never had an issue before but today my order never came and when I tired contacting Door Dash they said they had cancelled my order but didn’t specify why. When I got to the Panera store the manager on Duty (Josh) was absolutely amazing he fixed the issue and got me my food! I just wanted to say thank you I wasn’t feeling the greatest and just wanted some soup! Thank you for your help and understanding!!

It was a quiet place for working on projects while having a nice lunch. The servers were friendly. The atmosphere was cozy enough to be able to focus on your work and feel like in a library or something.

The mango yuzu lemonade is so delicious. I highly recommend it. Flatbread pepperoni pizza is really good. And I love the Chipotle chicken, avocado, scrambled egg, on ciabatta bread.

Great Experience, the order was a Lil over cooked, yet the cashier didn't hesitate on making it right, the 2nd order was different Definitely enjoyed it Thank you

First time eating here got a flat bread pizza and Mac and cheese with broccoli. It was really good will definitely be going back. We went to the drive thru.

I eat there all the time I never had a bad experience.
The food was amazing those who had a bad experience I hope you think on one thing is not to rate them on one bad experience.
Go 3 more times then see what happens and I know if you would have called you would have been compensated. So I just can't believe people who rate over one wrong done to them . But I bet they been back again never had a problem but won't go back and correct it that's sad ...but I rate them a 5 STAR...

So far I have had one bad experience here. It was not a big deal other then getting home finding the order wrong. I still give them five stars for the fact that this is so far a one time issue and also because the manger handle the situation professionally and she really wanted to know what happened so she could fix the issue! I love this place!

Nice place to eat. Soup and sandwich is my favorite combo. Food was ready in just a couple of minutes. The staff was friendly. I'll be back. . .

Always good food here. Didn't understand why they had bacon but no ham. With the crazy world we live in who knows. Hope they get it back soon. Turkey bacon was good too.

We just arrived in Jonesboro for the ACA Rodeo and stopped at Panera Bread Co. for a quick bite. Nathan Freeman greeted us, took our order, & visited with us & our rowdy 18 month old. We are small business owners & know the meaning of good customer service. Nathan went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Nathan!

While I feel their items are a bit overpriced, I can say that it is consistently good. I enjoy their little coffee bar and the refills. Their rewards program is also incredible!

My first time there was very good. I liked the food and dining in was great I would recommend this place to eat.
