Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rehoboth Beach, an IHG Hotel

Loved this place and hoping to stay again. The room was clean, the building was clean, the " continental breakfast" was more like a restaurant breakfast, and the service was excellent. My favorite was the bathroom!!! Such a wonderful touch with Dove hand wash, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and creme rinse. Loved it!! The price was even affordable, especially considering prices these days. I only hope my husband and I can take another trip. We will surely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Definitely deserves five stars. From the wonderful person at the front desk who took my reservation and arranged early check in to the facilities management team who personally checked with me to make sure our room was perfect. We have stayed at many hotels and this specific one has the cleanest rooms ever. Even the corners and hard to reach places were spotless. Wonderful breakfast as always and fantastic location in Rehoboth Beach. Quiet rooms and decent fitness center. Highly recommended. Thanks to the hotel staff for this outstanding Holiday Inn Express.

My husband and I stayed here last night, just for a night to get away and it was so relaxing. The heated pool was really nice(could have been slightly warmer 😂)! Room was very clean and I MUST SAY… THE BED IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED WE HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. Staff last night and this morning were very friendly as well.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the spacious clean rooms and the free breakfast!
Alyssa and Kathy made sure we felt very welcomed. We hung out at Cape Henlopen and the Holiday Inn Express was a perfectly located!

Great hotel and amazing staff. Kathy gave us some great advice on using the bus to get to the boardwalk. The stop to go the beach is conveniently located across the street from the hotel and the bus drops off almost directly in front of the hotel when returning. It was so much easier than driving and trying to find parking then walking a long way. She was always there with a friendly smile and helpful attitude that made our stay wonderful!!

Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The on-site laundry was convenient.

This review will acknowledge a pinnacle in customer service by their hospitality team. My family recently spent a night at this location. I made a huge error in leaving some very important medicine in the room’s refrigerator. We had taken the Lewes-Cape May Ferry across the bay. At the halfway point my phone rang advising me of what happened. You know that sinking feeling of not only guilt but how will ever get it to my destination?

To the rescue came Judy, Kathleen, and Damon. Damon found my refrigerated meds and turned the meds over to the front desk. He is head of food and beverage. Judy called and left a voicemail. Parts of the voyage on the ferry are between cell towers and reception is intermittent. I returned the call at first opportunity and Kathy helped me navigate a plan to get the meds to me.

After a quick trip to UPS in Cape May to get a label for email my medicine was picked up and successfully delivered to my destination in Newport, RI.

I cannot thank Damon, Judy, and Kathleen enough for their customer service. I choose Holiday Inn Express & Suites because of their excellent facilities as well as service to their clients. This hotel was well maintained, clean, and restful. The people who maintain the hotel for their clients often are not acknowledged as they should be. So, let this review echo their praise from my family’s lips.

Again, thank you Judy, Kathleen, and Damon for what began as a certain disaster at my own hands but ended as a very successful resolution. The three of you deserve all of the credit.

This Holiday Inn Express conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Rehoboth Beach and it's boardwalk. It's located behind the main street. Rooms are clean and neat. Free breakfast were offered and they refill everything until last minute which is very good. They also take a extra step to remind hotel guests that the breakfast session is going to close prior closing it.

The down side (may be a good side) of this hotel is it's location. It is not locate right next to the beach. That means you can't walk to the beach but it is far more quiet.

I was in town for my kids sports event and had an overnight stay. The hotel looked recently renovated. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The continental breakfast that was included offered something for everyone. Great overall value for the price. Would definitely stay again on our next trip and recommend to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful!
Rooms had a microwave, fridge, Keurig, a safe, an iron& ironing board, a full length mirror. Daily room freshening if wanted.
Breakfast was great! Western omelette, scrambled eggs, two different kinds of sausage, pancake maker, bagels, juices, and I forget what all else.

We were promptly greeted by Kathy at the front desk and it was the best check in I've ever had at a hotel. She was prompt, GENUINELY kind, smiled, and told us all about the hotel and amenities. We had a rough day and her kindness really helped :)

Kudos to the hotel staff, especially Judy Lodge for taking such good care of our guests earlier this month. We booked blocks of rooms for our wedding guests at four different hotels in Rehoboth and Dewey and none came close to the level of service and attention Judy and others provided. Judy was easy to work with from the time we first toured the hotel in 2022 and throughout the entire process. She kept us posted on who had booked so we could remind the others. She also suggested that we reserve a small dining room so our family members could gather for breakfast in a private space, which our guests greatly appreciated. Several of our guests also commented on the attention they received during their stay.

Wonderful hotel! The staff is fabulous, very helpful. The hotel is pet friendly - and they do mean friendly; staff members interact with the dogs, have water for them in the lobby, and deep clean rooms after pets have stayed. The whole place is super clean. Full breakfast has lots of great options. Location is great for visiting Lewes and Rehoboth.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is new and clean. Dog friendly and a very lovely staff. Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. I'll be coming down here for R&R during the winter months.

Pleasant staff, nice room, good breakfast. A bit removed from the downtown area but was fine for what we needed.

We should have written this sooner, but this summer we spent 4th of July there and it was great. Staff was super helpful, especially Tom at the front desk. Place was clean, the room was super nice and clean. Totally worth the money and we felt valued as customers and people even. The manager of the house keeping was also super nice and made sure we were taken care of.

My stay at the hotel was nice. However, the customer service(I believe her name was KATEY) was very unprofessional. She should treat her customer fairly and in a manner way.
At the same time people that work in the breakfast area was so nice and very welcoming.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. I have stayed at Holiday Inn’s all over the US and it is always a great experience. I must say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel, rooms, breakfast area, etc was spotless. Very comfortable beds. Great washer and dryer. Front desk staff, including Tom, Diane, Judy, Kathy were extremely nice and very helpful. Great location. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

This hotel is clean and very comfortable to stay at. Right across the Tanger Outlet and walkable to restaurants and shopping centers. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable plus the pull out sofa was a good addition. Breakfast selection was good too and the personnel during breakfast was very attentive.
However due to limited staffing, upon check in I was asked to carry the extra pillows and comforter to our room. Asking a guest to bring these items shouldn't really be done for a hospitality business so it was a bit off but other than that, everything else was good.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and could not be happier with our experience. It is well located, clean, and has an excellent staff and breakfast. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We especially want to thank Lakeshia Bayer (HK manager) who went above and beyond in accommodating a later check out for us due to a situation that arose on our last day. She was quick thinking and was able to help us out and it was the cherry on top of our stay. This hotel is a great option that is not so overpriced and is also dog friendly which is hard to find. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
