Riverview Beach Park

This is definitely one of the best parks I have visited. Large and open area, nice, paved walk along the water, multiple swings and benches along the way, for both adults and kids. A gazebo and a fountain. Everything is simple and clean, no gadgets or gizmos. Finally, it is peaceful to watch the sun go down in a quiet and open space. An added bonus, you can see the bridge in the distance, and also a heron, if you are lucky. I could easily spend hours here.

I like this place, it is very quiet, but I think it needs a little more lighting 😇

Love this park! It’s really nice. A beautiful view of the river and it’s relaxing. Perfect for a walk and watching the sunset on the water. There’s a tree I like to sit in.

Lots of parking; large park so you should not feel crowded. Great riverside trail with extensive looping trails.

Great park for walking, pinics and grilling. They have plenty of picnic tables and grills with a nice view of the water. Plenty of things for kids like swings, sliding and climbing bats.
I heard it used to be an amusement park and beach back to the 1800s. Interesting history!

Amazing place to visit during summer or fall...on the bank of the river, has a nice park for kids to play with...also a nice paved walkway for adults to have a stroll.
Also a great place to fish, we always get lucky...they have nice little pond for ducks.

This is a great park to take a stroll or jog at the water. If the weather is right, it's the perfect place to watch sunset.

The public restrooms were closed in April.

Beautiful park, well maintained, great view. We were traveling through and needed a place to let the kids run. This was perfect. After playing, we just sat at the Riverside and talked. What a perfect place.

It's not in it's heyday, but you can still have a great day at Riverview. Picnic tables plenty, all in the shade. Playground for the little ones. A disc golf course with some wonderfully fun hazards. Basketball courts. Paved walk along the river, well maintained wide dirt track rings the whole park. Plenty of space to be left alone in privacy and quiet. Bring drinks or pump the well - you don't want to drink from anywhere else.

Good place to enjoy the last time of the daytime.

Very decent park with fishing as a bonus. You can take your kids and walk around, watch people fishing and have a little picnic there. Sunset is beautiful and the view of the bridge is great. Have ample parking and a little lake as well. Be aware of the Canadian geese poop when you sit in the grass. You can catch a lot of fish here. For kids, there are abandon of small white perch, put a little worm or shrimp on a little hook and you are good to go. There are small size catfish and if you are lucky, 30 lb striper.

They have Concession Stands at Special Events, do not have Every Day Food but do have Picnic Tables BYOF. They have Carnivals, September Fest and other Events each Year.

Pleasant visit. Quiet weekday. Had lunch at the restaurant next door. Hopefully, we will be back. Geese made their presence known on the grass.

It is a nice park to go to and have a relaxing time. They have a playground for the kids, bathrooms, and a pond. They have a walking, jogging, or running path for your exercising needs. Plus much more and they do events also

It's super cute and on the water. Lots of geese and all the playground equipment has age restricting signs which I found slightly annoying. But it's whatever. Has bathrooms and is very cute.

Beautiful day. The park was clean and well maintained. Great place to walk the pups!
