Sparky's Roadhouse Cafe

5 stars all the way around. As soon as we walked in the door, I liked the place. The service was great and very fun to joke with. The porch like dining area was awesome. And the food. Wow, absolutely amazing. With large portions. This will be another stopping place next time we are in Eureka Springs.

Summary: Amazing people, outstanding food, great atmosphere! When you walk in it’s like a retro feel with old bowling alley items (an actual lane on the ceiling) and other sports/game memorabilia. We waited 3-5 minutes which gave us time to drool at the dessert case. We were seated in the huge heated patio that has more vintage decor. Our waitress was so personable, funny, and knowledgeable. My teens and I all ordered different burgers and shared delicious cheese fries (the burgers come with fries). The portion sizes are huge!! But…the dessert case got us from the beginning. So we ate half of our burgers and ordered the made from scratch peanut butter pie with chocolate ganache. Oh. My. Goodness. Divine. The owner was the cashier and we could have talked to her for hours - just about the desserts she makes! Do NOT miss this gem!

First time eating here and everything was great. Good service nice atmosphere and the food was really good. They made my burger just the way I wanted it. Oh and I almost forgot they have great homemade ranch dressing. We will definitely be coming back.

4 of us, so we tried shrimp, steak, ciao Bella muffoletta, and chicken tenders. We also got chips and queso as an app. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Service was so friendly and kind. My son commented about how nice the guy was that kept refilling our drinks. Our server was very sweet, as well.
We are seldom dessert eaters, but we decided to indulge tonight. We tried the brownie a la mode. It had a little spice but was quite good. My hubs got the peanut butter pie. Really good, such smooth filling. The lemon strawberry cake was soooo good, we shared one at our table and bought two to go for later at the hotel. Chef's kiss to Ms Mary!!!

Sparky's food was the bomb!!! The cheese fries with bacon were excellent!!! A large order lasted for 3 more servings we'd taken home!!! The burgers were awesome, especially with the mushrooms and sauce that went with them on it!!! The fries that went with the burgers were excellent. Their sweet tea was the bomb!!! Their service was excellent, too!!! 5Stars all around!!!

Amazing food and service. Lots of gluten free options. The Bistro burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had! The brie and mushrooms took it to the next level. The basket of fries with the meals was a pleasant surprise. The desserts were all so incredibly luscious. I would eat here all the time if I lived here.

Very relaxing and easy atmosphere. Came upon it by chance yesterday evening. And we’re glad for it!! Nice variety of items on the menu. Tasty fares. And awesome carrot cake. We actually went back today for the carrot cake. But of course, we ended up ordering the bacon bbq burger too!!

We ordered the garlic cheese fries and the spicy chicken enchiladas, and both were delicious! The staff were all super friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed their back porch seating, too.

Great first evening in Eureka at a local eatery downtown with luscious sizeable portions of several kinds to choose. My meal was one of the best I've had in a while. Server did a great job accommodating our needs and the ambiance was fun and very entertaining. Very well decorated and filled with guests. Guest that means we weren't the only ones who'd heard about this place. A must must must to try!!!

Unique stop on our trip. Service was fast and friendly. Blueberry lemon cake was good. Salad was fresh. Burger was a good size. I should have specified how I wanted my burger cooked but other than that nothing wrong.

Sparky's is a wonderful place with lots of fun decorations to look at and great service. We had the special which was chicken enchiladas that were probably the best I've ever had served with rice and beans and salsa. We also had the grilled chicken salad which was also very very good. Our server Sarah could not have been any more fun! We also had chocolate brownie a lamode and key lime pie which both tasted homemade and excellent! Do yourself a favor and stop in here next time you're in Eureka!

Always great at Sparkey's! Fat Tire on Tap makes me happy and the Burger was awesome. Very attentive staff and friendly!

Our hotel manager recommended Sparkys. It was an excellent lunch spot. There was a really cool screened in patio with music playing and the food was great. We enjoyed it. Service was awesome too!

Absolutely amazing food! Lots of options for a vegetarian. I had the best veggie burger and the yummiest brownie a la mode. I cannot wait to come back here!!!!

We ate outside cause we had our dog with us. Great atmosphere. I had the chicken tacos, which were excellent!! My husband had the sparky burger, which was also excellent! And carrot cake for dessert, fabulous 👌 👏

Updated review: Still an awesome place to go! My son is now almost 2 and a wild one, however the outdoor dining area made up most comfortable with the rambunctious toddler. Also, the Scott’s Gourmet Burger with Feta is still just as awesome!

Original Review: Best dining experience in Eureka Springs! The Gourmet Feta Chesseburger was absolutely delicious. I’ve had it two years and a row and I’ll keeping enjoying it as a yearly treat while vacationing in Eureka! The first year we ate in the screened in back patio and enjoyed the misters on a hot July day, and the second year, under COVID restrictions, on the front patio area with SkiBall and darts. I would recommend this unique American diner to anyone who asks. Great service, great atmosphere, and great food! You won’t regret trying this on your Eureka visit, located across the street from the city fire department it’s a hard place to miss!!!

This was the best place to eat!!! The vibe was on point, customer service was outstanding, and that burger was so good I ate every bite!!!

The food and atmosphere were great. The waitress was super cordial and she led the crowd into singing happy birthday to two different people who were celebrating birthdays that day. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I visited for the first time today and the moment I walked in the door I was glad to be there. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating of my WiFi request right off the bat. They sat me in the patio by my request and I was in heaven! The music was great and I imagine it’s a rockin’ place on a weekend night. The burger was good, but the fries were to die for. They had one of my favorite beers on tap too! I can’t say enough good about this place and I really can’t wait to come back.

We've loved coming to Sparky's every time we're here and they did not disappoint again. Burgers were delicious, waitress was attentive and nice and always love sitting on huge back deck.
