Deana at the front desk was so sweet and caring and was able to give everyone her time, although they were pretty busy. The tech and vet were very sweet and explained things well. It was our first time here, and I will say every staff member is very understanding, kind, and respectful to not only us, but our fur baby. Not only this, they were very quick to get all of our baby's vaccines, exams, and nails done in just 10 minutes. Will definitely be returning.

Caring staff, knowledgeable doctor, and the excellent care my dog needed after a traumatic attack by neighborhood dogs. Stella is doing so much better!

On a Sunday when all the vets were closed, our usually sweet dog started showing very sudden, very unpredictable aggression to our other dog, so I quickly scanned every vet i possibly could that could be open that day to get us in. Vetco were the only ones, and they had an appointment set for us in two hours! For exam and a mandatory rabies shot, we walked out having spent $70, if i remember right. The techs were all very sweet, and when our little guy came out, he was his normal self again and hasn't been cranky since! Vet actually told us it's hormones, and she said point-blank that he's having "teenager syndrome", which has been my favorite thing to tell people since! Awesome experience with them, i would definitely be willing to make the 40 minute drive to see them again 🙂👍🏻 (Some pictures of our happy boy to hopefully spread his love ❤)

Another vet wanted to sedate before they would even see my dog. Here just had diarrhea.. vetco will be my new vet for both my White German shepherd and dalmatian puppy

I have been looking for a great vet close to me. I called in today, Saturday, not wanting to wait until Monday & they got me in same day! I didn't even wait when we arrived, they took us right back. Dr. Bynum was wonderful and so accommodating and the vet tech and her make the perfect team. My fur baby is not the best at the vet but we were able to do everything needed so easily. Danea was so sweet when setting up the appointment, checking me in and out. The entire process was 45 mins and fecal testing was involved also. I have found our new vet! Thank you Vetco!!!

I take my dog to Vetco (located inside of Petco). Everyone is always very kind and gentle with my Golden Retriever. He is very old and has Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Afterwards, we typically walk around Petco and I let my dog pick out a toy or a treat. After our most recent appointment, my dog wasn’t feeling well and he laid down in Petco and would not try to walk. A couple of the Petco employees were very nice and helped me by picking him up and carrying him to my car. They even loaded him into my car for me. He weighs 78 pounds so I really appreciate their kindness!!

Kind and attractive service. The employees here are very nice, and they did a great job on a nail trim and paw cleanup on our 8-year old Cavalier.

A wonderful experience with caring staff and reasonable prices. I'm very skeptical with vets as I've had a lot of bad experiences however, this place is great. They care about the animals and are not pushy about procedures, treatments, medications, or anything. They don't make you feel bad if you don't want to or can't do everything they bring up. I highly reccomend giving them a try.

Dr. Bynum and all the staff are always so sweet! I love that they always call me the next day to ask how Hanson is doing.

It was easy to make an appointment.
Denay at the reception desk was warm and friendly and got us checked in quickly.
We did not have to wait long to go back to an exam room with awesome Cortney. Once there we were processed quickly and our dog was taken back for the test and physical exam he was brought in for.
Cortney returned Kodak to us happy and in a short period of time. The doctors findings were shared with us.
Check out was easy peasy, as was the purchase of heartworm preventative medication.
I received a follow-up call early this morning in regards to records from a previous vet and when I called into Petco with a question I had I received great service.
We cannot be happier with the experience that we had and look forward to doing further business in the future.

Dr. Carbary and her caring staff are wonderful. My dog was very sick and their expertise brought her back to health. They were very supportive and caring toward me as well, because I was a basket case. Dr. Carbary 0is an excellent and knowledgeable veterinarian

Taking my dog here since he was 7weeks old and the staff here is experienced and good at their work. Also got him Neutered a while back and he got up and running within a day and the incision healed up in a week without any infections

I have a 6 week old kitten I rescued and all of a sudden it got sick. I called Vetco and they got me in the same day, within an hour! The staff and vet were so kind and sweet. Had an amazing experience. Me and Marble are extremely grateful for the care we received today and I will take my other animals there should they have an issue come up. The office was clean, neat and very welcoming! 10 out of 10 today!

Everyone was very compassionate, empathetic, with my situation. They made sure I was prepared and ready for what my dog Joey had to have done. He had to be put to sleep.

Love these guys! They always recognize my dog and are happy to see him. Took him in for mass removals, teeth cleaning and a nail trim and they did a fantastic job. Great friendly staff and doctors!!

The front desk staff were courteous and friendly as always! The vet showed genuine interest in my pet’s well being, as well as discussing my non-health concerns. I drive over 30 minutes to this vet because I know my 4 legged family members are in good hands.

All of the techs and doctors are always so caring and make me feel so comfortable when I have to leave my pups or just get them checked out! They are always so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions!

I also appreciate that they always check in the next day no matter what we went in for to ensure both of my pups are doing well, this is the first place I’ve ever gone to that has done this!

Absolutely wonderful staff, great interactions. Can clearly tell that they put the well being of the animal first. They explained things clearly, gave us a full understanding of the issue, and ways to help prevent further harm to our dog and best ways to take care of her going forward.

Vetco was the most amazing experience. Their staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I found a dog who.is presumed to have been dumped after posting several notices I noticed he was showing signs of pain in his back. An employee referred me. I brought him in with no financial resources. They gave me several helpful options and made me feel so good about my decision to help him. They ran very thorough tests and were spot on with his diagnosis. We set up future treatments. A very kind customer who saw my post helped cover the bill. I can't say enough about being so blessed to have found them! I would refer them to anyone for all your pet needs! They are understanding, compassionate, very quick to get a good job done, they make you and your pet feel like their family. Rogers is lucky to have them in the area!!!!

I had to bring my dog in Saturday, we couldn't any vets open that could work us in with out emergency. I live an hour away, and they worked us in. They were extremely nice and informative. I knew what was wrong with my dog wasn't good and there was a chance we'd have to put her to sleep. I had to come by myself due to it being an urgent thing. We had to make the decision to put my baby to sleep and they were all so sweet and gentle with her. It's like the loved her as their own. They let take my time and say my goodbyes with her. If we lived closer I'd be taking all my animals here. Thank you all for being so amazing...I know she was handled with care once I had to leave. I'm forever grateful for you ladies!
