I just wanted to give a shout out to Kalib in the print shop.
I was having problems with my project and he went out of his way to go above and beyond to help me.
It's that kind of customer service that is rare today and it doesn't go unnoticed.
Give him a raise or make him store manager.
He's a keeper, make sure he stays

Just had a great experience at Staples. The associate, Tally, I hope this is her spelling, helped me print cards for my class, and was very detailed until we reached the quality needed. And everyone else at the store was super helpful. Thank you all!!

Sent a print order than didn't go through. Decided to use self help copier while I was there. The copy machine broke half way through. The woman in printing tried to fix it but it broke again and again. I wish I had gotten her name. She went above and beyond to help me. I was ready to leave and never do business with Staples again. Her helping me changed that. I will shop there again.

Sarah did a great job in helping me order a printer that I needed for my home office. There was a shipping delay issue with the carrier to my home, not Staples fault, but Sarah again was very helpful. The printer was then sent to the store and she called me as soon as it arrived. Customer service was also very understanding over the phone and helped me correct the shipping issue so that I could get the printer I needed as quick as possible.

I just want to give a shot out to Caleb Gillispie!! To say he was excellent in service would be an understatement. It all started with a phone call. I had a question about a particular printer by model number and whether they had it available in store. He placed me on hold and physically went to search through printers to provide me an answer. Couple of hours later I went to the store and luckily ended up being helped by him.
I had additional questions about the printer in question, he not only answered them but showed me the difference in ink cartridge or laser toner costs. He helped me to make the better choice in printer. It wasn't just that he helped, it was his attitude and countenance. He was knowledgeable, kind, positive and professional. All customer service everywhere should look like Caleb.

Caleb at this Staples in Rogers is awesome! He assisted me with getting my office chair, checked me out, and carried it to my vehicle. The guy even saved me money… This guy is the definition of great customer service. Nice, polite, professional, and courtesy! Not sure if he is a manager but this guy should be. Servant leaders are a dying breed but if everyone at the store was like him; I would spend a lot more money at Staples. Hope they don’t lose him… thanks Caleb for an awesome experience!

We recently purchased a printer at Staples in Rogers, AR. The salesman, Josh, was very helpful and didn't try to "make a sale". He explained the pros and cons about each printer we were interested in so we were able to make the right choice for us. Will definitely shop there again!

I went by here to process a return for an online order and thought that it would take a while. The team working helped me right away! The customer service center they had to call on the phone was the only thing that took a while but they were able to help me get my transaction squared away. I was also able to get my passport photo taken at the same time while waiting- which I truly appreciated!

Thank you for being so SWEET and so helpful!!! Yall are amazing! Even if I was already being helped, another associate still came to ask and make sure I was attended to and I also appreciate that! I'll be coming to this location to get my store's needs as often as I can. Thank you again! Yall are wonderful.

I needed to upgrade my laptop for work, and Caleb went above and beyond to help. He helped me pick out a new laptop and transfer my data from my old one. I can’t compliment Caleb enough. I will definitely be back and highly recommend having him help. 10/10

I ordered & designed some business cards online. & was able to pick them up directly from Staples & I literally walked in & had my business cards handed to me. That was fast & the best experience. I would definitely recommend their service especially if you need business cards quickly without a long wait & possibly getting your order lost in the mail. I'll describe my experience as fast, affordable, & convenient!

Staples is far and away better than any other office supply store in town. They have everything, including super helpful associates. Yesterday I received help from an associate named Nick who went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for. I wanted to take the survey to let leadership know how well he's doing, but it wasn't on my emailed receipt. Figured this was just as good 😊

John is the nicest and most helpful associate! We ordered a desk and he gave an update on every step of the way and even helped us load it into our van. Great service! I would purchase there again just because of him!

I loved Staples because of the good customer service. They were asking if we needed help or if we are finding everything alright, but not in an annoying way. If we said we were fine, they would leave us alone for a while. I also loved the organization of everything.
