Anna Vleugels

Anna has been an outstanding property manager for my business. I have had Anna manage multiple properties for many years now and have always worked well with her. She has a sharp business acumen and deals with the utmost respect with tenants, landlords, contractors or anyone who I put her into contact. Would recommend to anyone that is in the real estate business!

I am not sure of her dealing with others but I can rate her more then a 5!! Anna has proven herself to me over the last few years of being an outstanding professional in her industry. When she gives you her word she sticks to it. Anna is very knowledgeable and has an exceptional work ethic. She goes the extra mile when it comes to exceeding my expectations. I will continue to do business with her.

Anna is an exceptional property manager! As a rental owner, she put me in the know about any issue. Then when it was time to sell, I received what I asked for. Highly recommend

Anna has been managing our rental property for us for years now. She has been an excellent asset in showing the property, and managing the applications of potential tenants, as well as interfacing with the tenant once they are in residence. We appreciate her direct style of communication and her prompt action in facilitating maintenance/repairs at the property.

Miss Leah Wallace owes over $ 7000 in outstanding fees to her landlord for breaching her lease, moving out prior to the lease expirations and failing to pay rent as well as the damages she caused to the unit
No wonder she provides a negative review
Once the DE courts are open again we will file charges against her for the full amount.
Miss wallace called the city inspector regarding so called not having heat Her heat was at 74 degrees when he came to check her complaint, that is after she refused the contractor access to check on her heat for over a week. . It's all public record

I’m giving Anna 1 star because no star is not an option. I HIGHLY recommend if you choose to do business with Wilfreida Anna Vleugels , you communicate strictly through email so you can keep track of her lies and inconsistencies. She is rude, disrespectful, extremely unprofessional and highly unethical. I would be suspicious of any positive reviews. I Googled her name and series of lawsuits she’s been a part of come up.

If I could rate a negative star I would. She is
my new property management and she horrible! Her and the landlord Rick Chapman. Haven’t even been dealing with her a month and she is disrespectful, does not resolve your issues, and hangs up on when ever you don’t listen to her and or if you try and correct her about your issue you are bring to her. She prefers text message and when txting her choices of words are highly unprofessional, condescending and lack of empathy. She puts her personal issues before your. FYI my heat is out it’s 10% outside and she stated she is in the middle of moving and I have till 1:00 to come and pick up some heaters, she doesn’t do drop off. Um excuse me I am a the one with out heat here and I have come out my way to you! I think not. Please stay far away from her and Rick they are the absolute worse.

STAY AWAY! Total scam artist. Always maintain a written record of what she says she will do. Don't trust the "positive" reviews here - they are all either her friends or family members. Again, STAY AWAY! You have been warned!
