Gage took my phone call. Very down to earth, friendly and helpful! I called in after picking up some fresh tires elsewhere and was calling around for good install prices.

Super affordable tire install (they’re about $10 cheaper than pepboys at the time of this review) and they even top off fluids (included) and checked my brakes.

Gage also did the install. Whole team I interacted with were pleasant and friendly! I can tell everyone here gets along and communicates well with each other.

I was told they were a little short staffed but I couldn’t tell. As a walk in customer I’m just happy they could take me :)

I got here 6 minutes after calling in. Jeremy is who helped me when I arrived. Very clear and friendly customer service. I felt at home right away and this was my first time here.

There were a few people waiting when I arrived so didn’t expect to have the car done quickly.

Johann assisted me for the rest of my time here. Super friendly and charismatic. Helped me get some prices for future reference. He also helped me understand all the services available here as I inquired about various things.

Overall I would definitely recommend this location for anyone.

Just had an excellent experience. I bought new shoes aka 4 tires for my new Mini Coop. They carried run flats in stock. I was in and out in 2 hrs and they checked the rest of my car for issues. Marcus, Dillon & the Manager Brian we’re so friendly & informative. I’ll definitely return to service my other vehicle.

I have not had great experiences using chain mechanic places like this but I will say this location is different. Everyone was pleasant, overheard them tell another customer they were waiving the diagnostic fee for their issue because they couldn’t fix it - I can speak from experience that is NOT the norm for these places. Great experience, would recommend

Jeremy was a God send! Helped me with my issue quickly and sufficiently, great attitude, nice dude!

They did a great job with my oil change. I was an hour early and they still took me right away. The manager is very friendly and doesn't try to talk you into things you don't need. He actually tells you what is best for your car. The lady that did my oil change did an excellent job, even reset my maintenance thing on my car

Very friendly and not the fake friendly either. They also seem very honest and not money sharks. They also respected my car by not leaving behind oils and dirt and wrapped my good tires that I wanted to keep in plastic bags (needed spares and I saved money because they didn't have to recycle them). I'd revisit again if needed and prices.

Got my car alignment done here. All around a pleasant experience. The alignment corrected my cars pull and was completed quickly in about an hour.

Ive been coming to FS since i started driving. Ive never really had a problem that couldnt get managed. So im definitely satisfied. Very close to me.

My wife had a large spring stuck in her tire as she came off the interstate. We pulled in and the guy looked at it and didn't try to sell us on a new tire but instead said he could fix it at a very reasonable price. Service was quick and polite without pushing additional service. We will definitely be back!!

Fast, professional, friendly, reasonable price

Came in today after leaving the Tire Rack Distribution Center down the street to have my passenger rear tire replaced on my brand new VW (stupid screw in sidewall). Manning the desk was Austin, who provided outstanding customer service, and had me out of there in less than 45 mins! Great job and kudos to this shop!

The store manager was extremely helpful. We didnt get any service done, but he let us know that our car issues would cost more at Firestone than going to a dealership. Its just nice for someone to be forthright and honest. Thank you.

I stopped by there because my car was indicating low tire pressure. The guy was very professional in adding the air to all 4 tires. He did the same thing for a lady that was in front of me. She gave him a tip and so did I. I really appreciated him doing that and he deserved it as well. Great 👍 Job!!!!

This is one of my favorite locations. I have taken my car to here for the past decade. The surrounding area is quite busy so I would not suggest "site seeing" while you wait for your vehicle. But the waiting area in store is nice. Has TV, bathroom, wi- fi, water cooler and coffee to help keep you comfortable/busy. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Had an issue with the time I was waiting but it was due to a part being delivered from an outside vendor. Manager voluntarily gave me a pretty nice discount for the wait.
