Excellent service from this location, I was seen almost immediately. APRN Kelli was very professional, and took every avenue to help diagnose my symptoms, and get the appropriate care needed to get me back to 100%. Interaction with all staff was very professional from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.

Dr.Tedder and his nurses Mrs.Jean and Cass are all amazing and very helpful and listen to your needs. The Nea Redwolf Clinic is all around amazing.

NEA Clinic on Apache Drive is exceptional for patient care and courtesy. I've had staff call back to check on me. They go overboard to get me an appointment when I need one. Dr. Gilliam has me come back in 10 days to check on my progress. Prescriptions are submitted promptly to my pharmacist. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff is hard working.

I felt like I was having another stroke, luckily by the time I got there they were waiting for me. Everyone was so helpful, did every test they could before sending me to the ER. Thank you, Everyone!! ❤

Always make an appointment to be seen promptly. Otherwise typically hours before you are worked in assuming it happens. Could wait all day. Nice people mostly.

The lady doing my X-ray was very sweet. However the girl in the front didn't catch her name exclaimed she smelled something bad and proceeded to start the whole front waiting area with some stinky bath and body works body spray. Some people are very sensitive to stuff like that myself included. I have seizures and migraines and spraying stuff like that will trigger a migraine. It's very rude of her to not think about others . Like I said I have no idea who she was . She had a butterfly pin on her shirt today and wore glasses.

After being exposed to H1N1 and experiencing symptoms, I went to urgent care. She did a bare minimum physical exam, paying no attention to the areas in which I was experiencing symptoms (ears, nose, throat). After tests were ran, Dr. Cooper entered the room stating, "everything was negative. What medication do you want?" I asked for a steroid shot, and she refused. I asked multiple times for actual medical advice and received no recommendation about how to treat my symptoms. She could not even tell me if the flu swab she did would conclusively determine whether I had H1N1. I asked when I should be cleared for work and to be around my family, to which she replied "that's up to you." I asked repeatedly what to do about my symptoms and she stated, "I don't understand what you're asking". She ended the appointment by offering a decongestant and nasal spray. I understand viruses must run their course, but she seemed less than interested in helping me through that. I was floored by her lack of concern, compassion, and care. She displayed no interest in understanding my symptoms or treating them. Now I have a doctor bill, flu symptoms, and no guidance.

Dr. Cooper should be ashamed of herself for being terrible at her job. She does the absolute bare minimum when seeing a patient and sometimes not even that. She’s very rude and acts like she could care less about her patients. I’ve spoken to three different people other than myself that have seen her and they have the same opinion as myself. I honestly think this lady needs a new line of work. She will run a Covid or Flu test on you for pretty much any symptoms but if those are negative she will pretty much do absolutely nothing for you. She will downplay any issues you have and act like you aren’t actually having issues if a test comes back negative. She asked me and a friend of mine that was sick what we wanted her to do since we didn’t test positive for Flu or Covid, instead of knowing what to do since she’s literally a doctor. For the time being until NEA fires this lady I’d stay away from the NEA Red Wolf Urgent Care Clinic. Also she used to be employed by St. Bernard’s Red Wolf Clinic and gave the same level of terrible care there so that makes you wonder if she was fired from there..
Edit- Attached is a photo of her reviews as a doctor, just know people if you see this lady chances are she is going to be absolutely awful and pretty much be useless caring for you

I would give this hospital zero stars if I could. Let me just start off with I have told every single person I know family and work included to never go here. The nurses and office personnel were fine. MY PROBLEM AND IT SEEMS TO BE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLES PROBLEMS RELY WITH DOCTOR TEDDER. my husband came here because he was white in the face, lethargic , and puked 8TIMES. The other urgent care in my town told me to immediately go to the ER. I didn’t want to jump the gun because we did not know what was wrong. I hurried him 45 Minutes away to this urgent care the doctor walked in the room asked him a couple questions and just said I’m gonna give him Zofran. I said I’m sorry you’re not gonna test him ? Look at anything? Just assume there’s no problem here. He said if he has a stomach bug there’s nothing we can do. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT HE HAS WHEN YOU WALKED IN THE ROOM FOR TWO MINUTES AND HAVE DONE NOTHING TO FIGURE THAT OUT. No test, no swabs, NOTHING!! He said come back in seven days if he’s losing fluids….HE IS LOSING FLUIDS HE PUKED 8 TIMES AND LOST FOUR POUNDS. This doctor made his mind up when he came in that he was going to do nothing to help him which is really sad when he can see my lethargic husband laying on the table and me panicked still in my work clothes. WERE IS THE SYMPATHY, THE HUMAN DECENCY. I will never ever trust this doctor for as long as I live he needs to retire and this place needs to get rid of him because GOD FORBID he doesn’t help the next person and they reap fatal consequences. I will be reporting to the BBB and The Doctor himself for Malpractice and everyone else should as well. ITS 2024 WE SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE KIND OF OLD FASHIONED OUT OF DATE DOCTORS WHO WONT HELP ANYONE ANYMORE.

Urgent Care registration and x-ray personnel were Great! Dr. Tedder on the otherhand needs to think about retirement. He is rude and not very explanatory. My husband had a bad fall and hurt his ankle and knee. Very painful. X-rays were taken and no breaks, My husband asked for 4 norco pills for the next 24 hours. The doctor flat-out refused. Told us he wasn't in the habit of prescribing oxycontin. My husband is 76 and has had many operations and pain medicines prescribed. He at this point in his life knows what works for his pain and doesn't. The Dr absolutely refused to listen to my husband and any of his history. So much for getting to know your patient. He also insinuated that perhaps my husband was a narcotic agent just looking to cause trouble for him. What??? My husband and I were so insulted and upset when we left. My husband asked for 4 pills...not 20 or 30 or 40, but just 4. I would NEVER return to this clinic!

I went in to this urgent care at 11:00 today because my ankles and feet keep swelling. I’m a diabetic and have high blood pressure so I’m concerned to see what’s going on. The nurses up front told me they don’t see patients from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. I didn’t know they took a two hour and a half lunch break. I drove down the street to st. Bernard’s first care on red wolf and they got me right in without incident
