We needed to upgrade our living room couches and couldn’t have picked a better spot for our upgrade. From the moment we got to Hanks, everyone made us feel at home. Our sales associate, Jane, was more than kind and patient with us and very knowledgeable. We spent 6+ hours in the store, left for lunch, and came back to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision and were very pleased with the delivery process. 10/10 experience at Hanks! We are in LOVE with our new Brentwood couches. Comfortable is an understatement.

Jane B. had fantastic customer service. She greeted and assisted us immediately upon entering the store. She helped answer all of our numerous questions and constantly checked colors, inventory, and in-stock options. She was friendly towards my entire family-including my 2 year old and 1 year old. She even was kind enough to share a cookie with my daughter. Our couch came in on time and looks great in our new home. Thanks Jane!

We walked in a Nathan walked up to us and introduced hisself. He answered all our questions and when he didn’t know the answer he asked Jane & Brandi who were also so very helpful! Nathan has only been their 2weeks so we understood him not knowing somethings was understandable. We walked out with a new bed and mattress. We will definitely be back because the customer service was awesome compared to H3home who didn’t even return our call with a quote.

Our sales associate, Isaiah, was great! He was very patient with us and gave his best effort to help us find exactly what we needed. He even responded quickly to questions over text and was straight forward with all of our questions! He went above and beyond to help us, even by letting us move the couch around to see how it would look in our place! He is great and we highly recommend him for all of your furniture needs at Hanks!

This is a review for Jane Brown. My girlfriend and I bought a really nice bed and mattress from her last year and we still love it. She made sure we got the right mattress for the best sleep. We went back to her today and bought 2 end tables and a TV stand for the living room. She is so nice and helpful and we couldn't ask for more. We plan on coming back again and buying more stuff for the house. Thank you Jane!! 🙂

Just had the best furniture buying experience with Hanks. I’m a first time customer there and the sales guy Isaiah was very helpful gave price options and explained what’s in stock. very knowledgeable sales guy. I definitely recommend Hanks and ask for Isaiah Roach won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Hanks to anyone! Isaiah Roach (in Conway) helped us so much with our purchase from beginning to end, and he was very professional and kind. We LOVE our new furniture, and the delivery was quick as well. The best thing we bought was a large round "spinny chair" that was voted best chair EVER by our children. Thank you, Hank's and Isaiah!

We had a great experience here. I believe the lady was named Jane, who went above and beyond, showing us different options asking about what we wanted and telling us about the different types and quality of the furniture, made sure all our questions were answered, we also called back to add some more to our order and a different lady answered the phone was also super helpful and got it on the same delivery date saving us time and money.
