As soon as I entered the store, I asked for directions to the Clinique counter as I was in a hurry and was greeted by a friendly associate who guided me with a smile. Purchase was fast and also with a smile.

I got a comforter that was marked clearance but no price except original. The cashier jade talked to her supervisor and they gave me the 75% off clearance price. And I love the comforter! Thanks

I had a return of boots that I ordered online. There was no problem returning them. I looked around the store and was impressed by how neat everything was for it being Black Friday weekend. Everyone was friendly but didn't crowd me while I looked.

Wonderful. Its the only place I biy things anymore. The staff is so gracious friendly and helpful and trust me you dont find this everywhere. We have always been treated with so much respect. I even bought my wedding dress there and can't wait to go back

I would just like to share a little bit of my experience today at Belk in Conway. I wasnt quite greeted as I walked in BUT as i entered the ladies department I was greeted with the sweetest smile from a younger woman. As i continued to shop she came up to me and asked me if I came in for anything specific or if I was just browsing. I quickly took advantage of her help and told her i needed something comfortable yet casual. She didn't hesitate to walk me to the New Directions area and show me what she thought might be a good fit for me. Although she was missing a name tag I did ask her what her name was and how greatly i appreciated her helping me after being in the hospital on and off the past month I needed some retail therapy. When I left the store today I was 100 % satisfied with what I left with.
