this is a neat little store. it's nice to go inside and look around, they always have something new to look at. the staff are friendly and nonjudgemental

Thank you Spencer’s for replacing my Rugrats house shoes at no cost to us I’m very thankful that I finally received my shoes from my mom today. I’m very satisfied with the service that this company has provided us. I look forward to doing more business with this company again in the future.

Great store. A wide variety of items. Loved the blacklight supplies. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I had known earlier that they were here.

I spend a lot of money here, I go here regularly to get gifts or an outfit & jewelry to wear out to concerts. Today I was in there shopping, I was on my lunch break but I have a concert to go to tomorrow and wanted to find a shirt. I was literally followed around the store and the employees were openly talking about customers in the store. What a joke, I won’t be back.

I guess I went the wrong time... I went on a Saturday around 6:30-7pm.. there's no pricing for the stuff in the back and I mean rated X things. Disappointed in that.. and no one around to help. Waited at check out for a good 10-15 mins. Before they realized they had a line.

This is one of the most unaccepting places I’ve ever been in. There is a middle aged blonde woman who is spending her life in spencer’s making people feel ashamed. Don’t go here until employee turnover has occurred. The employees are genuinely terrible to be around and will make you feel bad about being there even though they WORK there. Just don’t go.
