Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

A eat here, no joke 3 times a week. Employees are always nice, food is always as expected.

Went in placed my order for boneless wings. Got a 20 piece order and it was done perfectly!!! That's the way it should go.

They were very friendly. My home town zaxby has a 1.9 on yelp for good reasons I won’t even go there. Was nice to have friendly service!!!

I visited Slim Chickens here in Jonesboro last week and was appalled at how dirty it was and how lazy the staff was.

We used the drive through, food tasted stale. When we went to order drinks they stated they had no ice. Luckily that Zax sauce is bangin or I’d leave a poor review.

Ready to be disappointed again.

Such a great place to eat! Haven’t been in years and I’m so happy with the service! Chatonya was AMAZING, she’s kind and very attentive.

12/11/21. I got here at around 11:50. I didn’t catch the wonderful lady’s name. But she was extremely nice. It didn’t take long in the drive through (maybe because it’s early). Currently eating the chicken strip things. They’re SO good. I used to eat here all the time with my mom. Finally came back after 4 years. It’s great. 10/10

The manager is the absolute best! Her customer service skills are why this place is more than just good chicken! She went out of her way in a very busy line to take care of me and made me feel very appreciated, even though they was busy. Food is always great but she is why I'll continue to make that drive!

Even with long lines extending to the street the food was excellent and drive thru associates were friendly and helpful. Love the fries and the wings are delicious 😋, but I come back for the kind service in the face of an insane amount of customers and limited staff.

Amazing chicken and some of the best sauces! Drive thru is about 20 minutes long and tends to be annoying. If you get the Cajun Club sandwich you won't regret it!

The food is always hot and fresh. No light warmers, its all freshly cooked. Be prepared to spend at least 10 for one meal depending on what you order. Like any other fast food enjoy it while hot bc after it cools it doesn't taste as good.

Quick service and friendly employees is always a plus. The dining area was also cleaned up well and they have some of the nicest bathrooms in a fast food restaurant. Random, but appreciated.

Very good food. Hot! Fresh! However... the drive-thru is sooo slow! We sat in that line almost an hour! That’s a record for me... I was very patient today.

Starving, running all over town, no bodies open, then all of a sudden a ray from heaven and the homie at Zaxby's hooks me up with a # 1 Zax snax in the middle of a tornado warning. Best customer service I had all day and really turned my night around.

We were greeted with enthusiasm and order arrived fast. Good was very tasty

Loved the fried pickles!
