Staff are some of the best I have been involved with. They are all very kind and the consistency makes a big difference. One of the scariest times in my life was made easier because of the compassion of the staff. Dr. Williams was excellent and went the extra mile for anything I needed.

Dr. Brown and assistants were great at keeping me calm during my eye injection. Vision is improved (second injection). Check in and vision test personnel were thorough. Percy is on spot with exams. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff.

I've only had 1 visit with y'all but I thought everyone was very great and professional and answer my questions, thanks for seeing me, I go back in 6 months.

I was really nervous when I went in to see Dr Williams the first time. The office was packed but I expected that with the good reports I had received about him. I have never been in a place where all the staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I just felt at peace and in good hands. Dr Williams is very professional but has a very good personality and a way of making you relax. I would highly recommend him if your having problems. Today was my second visit and I’m looking forward to going back in 2 weeks. This whole office is AWESOME

I have had eye surgery through Mid South Retina center. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Doctors are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I had to have 2 surgeries. I can clearly say even before the first surgery l had complete confidence that I was in capable hands. My eye sight is is restored. Thanks Doctor Brown

Dr. Williams has always been kind and courteous and takes the time to answer questions or concerns I may have. Though appointments are only available on Mondays in Jonesboro I have been to the Memphis office for other days that worked better. The wait time has improved greatly. Not sure if it's because I have morning appointments now .

Dr. Sievers and his staff are amazing and provide professional, excellent care. Dr. Sievers takes the time to clearly explain everything so that I can understand it and feel at ease. They all have treated me so kindly these last few years during a very challenging and frightening time of serious vision problems. They have worked me in quickly when I've needed it on more than one occasion. I have confidence that they provide the best care possible and that they truly care about their patients. They have been such a blessing to me! I am so thankful for all that they have done for me!

Always a positive experience! Dr. Seivers is the best. Very good at what he does and he explains things to you in detail, which is important to me. Also, wait time is minimal for a specialist visit. I appreciate the nurses and assistants as well, they have a very good bedside manner. Office staff are so nice and helpful! Thanks for all you do!!

I was nervous when I was told I had an optic bleed, but Dr Sievers and his staff put me at ease from the first visit. They are always smiling and making sure you are comfortable. This procedure is scary, but the calm effectiveness this office portrays makes it easy for me to relax, knowing that I am in good hands and it'll be done right.

My mother recently moved from MS to Arkansas and moved her treatment for AMD to Mid South Retina Associates out of their Jonesboro office. We were very pleased at how quickly she was able to get an appointment, then the care she received while there. All staff were very friendly, they quickly got us in and out (quicker than in MS). The only negative is that the building was a little difficult to find initially, and parking is limited so I suggest first timers give yourself a little extra time.

I am very grateful to the staff and to Dr Siever. You are all a Godsend to NE AR. I have and will continue to recommend your practice. Ty for caring about my eyesight.
